It does work well. I like that it has an automatic shut off. There is no smell. This is my second one. My older one was starting to not work because the edge at the bottom would start to curl because I needed it somewhat upright for my back to lean on. But it is one of the most reasonably priced heating pad…and a lot of the other ones are too big. So, I ordered it again. It does seem like the edges are more rigid than the previous one… so maybe it won’t curl as much. I like the multiple settings.

Only lasted 15 months but warranty honored quickly.
This only lasted for 15 months. As it was warming up the “High” light would start blinking and would not heat. After re-plugging it in it would start to warm and then the same thing happened. The description says they offer a five-year warranty so I contacted the seller and described the problem. After a few exchanges they honored the warranty and am sending me a replacement. So, I was disappointed that the product didn’t work for that long, but very impressed with their quick response.

Heats up quickly and warms whatever you want it to well. Check the dimensions, as it’s pretty small.

THE WORST!!!
DON’T BUY!! This heating pad is sooo cheap and thin; like cardboard.! It barely turned warm.This is getting ridiculous that we pay for something like this! I have another one bought 2020 for less money and same brand and still working great. This is so inferior. Going back and then going to Walmart!!

A OK, but not Great
This heating pad is OK for the price. However, the highest level of heat is not hot enough to offer pain relief. It has 4 heat levels, which is good, one more level than our previous heating pad bought at a local pharmacy that lasted several year, but recently stopped working. The cover could be better too, the previous one we had came with a nice soft cover that we kept, although this one is a bit longer we are using the old cover which is softer, the one that came with this pad is rustic and make the pad less flexible and confortable.

Didnt expect this quality product. It is not getting warm even & not effective at all. There is no difference in heat levels.
