Excellent Product
Excellent epsom salt, I use it to soak my feet and keep them soft. The salt is high quality and it really works well. I use it almost every night, or every other night. You can get a feet soaking bath basin and just use the salt. I highly recommend it. So relaxing and your feet feel super soft afterwards.

Can’t go wrong with these!
You really can’t go wrong with Dr. Teals. Got these for my husband. He loves baths and has a physically laborious job, so I figured this specific epsom salt would be great for his body/recovery/relaxation. It smells so nice, he ran a bath and the whole house smelled amazing. Post bath he said his body felt super relaxed like jelly. Safe to say I get a gold star haha

When I opened the package for the first time, the fragrance was there I liked it. Plus it felt really good in the bath. I won’t embarrass myself by sending you a picture although I did soak longer than 30 minutes it felt so good. I like the way it has made my skin feel so soft as most other ones do but this one my skin smells good too I think.This is the first time I purchased this mixture and I’m so glad I did. I tried almost all the other ones and they’re good but this one I’m adding to my subscriptions.

Melts the Stress Away
I love the Dr Teal’s Epsom salt so much, I use it almost every day and have about 5 different kinds of scents and types on rotation.I started getting night-time muscle spasm in my calves and despite an improved diet and supplementation, I couldn’t seem to completely eliminate the nighttime Charly horses and muscle tightness.My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal’s brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.My stress has been at an all time high, so I decided to try Dr Teal’s Epsom Magnesium Salt Soak, Relax & Relief with Eucalyptus and Spearmint.It honestly feels like being engulfed in a warm hug. It’s so soothing and refreshing. Bonus- it also clears out my sinus so I feel like I get the best sleep of my life afterward.One thing to note – If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that’s an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

I get this product on a monthly subscription to use in a hot bath. With a job where I’m on my feet 12 or more hours, this really helps relieve my sore muscles and helps me relax after a long shift!
