Nice cordless massager
I was pleasantly surprised that this was much larger than anticipated. It is very powerful and offers massage, vibration and heat. In my opinion you will need someone to massage you with as it is large and has some weight to it. Nice massager with different massage attachments.

Excellent massager for little out of pocket
How should I start? I have owned several back massagers over the years to help alleviate shoulder tension, and until this one, I was not always impressed. However, this massager has features that outdo my previous purchases. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, thanks to its solid grip, and it’s rechargeable, so you don’t have to worry about a cord getting caught on furniture or finding an outlet nearby. It comes with multiple attachments that help you get to the trouble spot, and it’s quiet. I especially like the rechargeable option. I highly recommend this massager for its price, features, and the company’s support.

Seems solid! power is good, not too heavy. Price is great! I haven’t used long enough to check battery duration. Heat is weak but i don’t really need it and I imagine strong heat would run the battery down anyway. Satisfied , low heat is the reason it’s not a 5 star to me. I’d still recommended..

Superb, reasonaly priced massager that provides relief.
As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don’t feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

If Vibration Works for You
I wanted to get something to help me with the pain in my feet and legs knowing that it mainly stems from my calf muscles. I don’t have $300 for a calf massager, so I figured I’d get something more manual. I own a Snailax shiatsu style shoulder massager and I really like that purchase, so I was hopeful getting another product from the company.The vibration produced by this unit is intense; speak while it’s on your back and you’ll hear it in your voice. I have found a use for 3 out of the 4 attachments. The spiny attachment is perfect for any part of your body that doesn’t like a harsh point of contact (e.g. an especially sore muscle or one that is near a bony process). It also is the only one I’d recommend using on bare skin. The spines are flexible and it generalizes the area of vibration and does not create too much drag like the other plastic attachments on bare skin. All other attachments, I would recommend using over clothes. The curved attachment works very well for your calves or arms. Your calf muscle has two heads at the pit of your knee, so I would recommend aligning the edge of the curved attachment with your tibia and working each side of your calf from bottom to top. The smooth tri-point attachment works well when you want to put concentrated pressure on a knotted muscle. The bumpy three point attachment doesn’t really work for me in any way I’ve discovered.I’ve determined the shiatsu style massager works better for me for pain relief than this vibrating massager. Still, not a bad turnout overall.Pros:-Intense Vibration-Multiple Attachments-Good Battery Life-WarrantyCons:-Heavy-No Heat (didn’t work on my unit)

Great handheld massager!
This is a great and handy massage wand. It was very easy to set up and has multiple massage modes. It feels good on the back and neck and helped relieve pain. I wish I had gotten it sooner. It is a well made device.

VERY DISAPPOINTED…faulty unit – customer support NOT GOOD!!
Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one – not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours…the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain…if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution…and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT…I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE…? Not acceptable… This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I’d like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon…but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

For me this rating, but , I think as a product, it could be very good for its uses. The only problem is its weight : it is very heavy.i don’t think it is bearable for anybody else or individual use.

This is a great product, well-made like other Snailax devices. It’s battery-powered, so there’s no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with a charger, and light indicators let you know when the battery is low. There are four buttons: one for heat, one for modes (three modes available), and one to change the intensity. It also includes three different massage heads: Shiatsu, acupuncture, and another type. I found the acupuncture head great for scratching and massaging my back, which was exactly what I needed. Each head is useful for different areas and purposes.This handheld massager is a great addition to my collection. It’s versatile for those who enjoy massage devices but don’t want separate ones for each body part. I’m mainly using it for my back and the back of my legs, where I often need help reaching. The quality is impressive, with durable plastic that feels reliable. It doesn’t overheat, even with long use, thanks to the safety features. Everything you need to know is in the manual, so I recommend reading it before starting.

Hi, you receive the product and a card to register for the warrantee via email, which is great however 2 out of the 4 attachments do not stay on and fly off every time you use them. Whilst we are in the midst of the CV-19 I did receive immediate response regarding the warrantee card, but no response from my queries regarding the attachments (one has 3 seperate massage heads on it, essential for what I wish to use it for and the other is great for calf and upper legs and I cant use either). Im hoping they may replace them but to date still have not heard anything? They have sent me a return print out, but I am expected to pay postage which is the over half the price of the item? With regard to this being sent from USA and the warrantee therefore, despite being included in the packaging being null and void, if the attachments stayed on, then great, refusal to replace the attachments or pay to return the item means you are left with a machine that does not work properly despite the amount you paid for it. I would not bother to buy this, there are better products out there. I sent this back via their return label and was never refunded for the item and or the postage from this company. Amazon has refunded the item, Im awaiting if they will refund the postage! All they had to do was resend two new attachments that fitted. Waste of time and money so far. Here’s hoping Amazon honour the postage as well.

The Snailax is an amazing product. I started using the product for 2 days and feel the comfort of my muscles relaxing and it is awesome. It has 4 different massager grip to suit different parts of the body .No words to say , it is an amazing product really a good investment and will recommend to all my friends .
