Amazing! I use it to massage my trigger spot under right shoulder blade edge area to help with neck tightness and pain! Less headaches with this daily massage routine! The heat is perfect!The massage balls rotate in two directions which create a firmer massage and then on to a lighter pressure which works for direct pressure and then less pressure – much like a hand massage would provide!Extremely effective and satisfied and I have tried many massagers!

Amazing shiatsu and heated neck and back massager
I was a little skeptical as I open the package . First not sure I would be able to use it but sitting at my desk I put the massager ariund my neck and then on my back !!! Just GREAT really relaxing massage and relief on big knot and tender spots.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCT **even my dog enjoys it**I’ve never tried a massager with arm inserts and let me tell you, it’s a total game changer.I suffer from migraines due to tension in my upper back and muscles along the spine making it hard to reach. I’ve tried the standard pillow massagers without arm rests and they’re borderline OK.I recently underwent surgery on my neck and my back pain is terrible for the last 3 days. I decided to hop online and give this a try based on the reviews.Let me tell you, I put this bad boy on my back and it reached EVERY hard to reach area whether it be my neck, along my spine, lower back, wherever!The arm rests make it possible! This little thing us powerful and affordable, completely changed my day/week and I am feeling much better already.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCT

I used this item a couple of times now, and I like it. I don’t love it, but it does do its job. I am not sure if I want to return it, but here is my experience: firstly, it’s big and bulky. Secondly, it is kind of hard/annoying/not as easy it is to press the buttons to change the settings. I have used it on my neck area, and my whole back (in sections.) it does do a good job in the lower back area, and it isn’t that hard to hold when concentrating there. Overall, it does do a good massage, and the heat isn’t too hot. However, I wish it wasn’t so big and bulky. It’s also disappointing of how short the wire is. So, depending where your outlets are, you may be sitting in an uncomfortable chair, by the outlet, or, not as relaxed on the couch, or office chair like you may hope to be. The outlet plug is also big and chunky, so it takes up space on the outlet extension. You may need to unplug some thing if you’re wanting to use this.

Great Massager. Having the shoulder straps allows you really control the amount of pressure applied. These are hard shiatsu type balls that articulate around the machine. I use it all over my back and calves.It’s also heated (a push button to activate), which for some I am sure it provides a bit more relaxation, but I find going raw dog and pulling on the shoulder straps really provides the best muscle relief. This is my second one. Great product!

It works the pain away!!!
I woke up one day with a stiff neck 7 months ago. I thought it would go away on its own. It only got worse. Went to the doctor and was prescribed steroids and muscle relaxers. Went back to the doctor six months later and was prescribed the same medicine, because the pain was even worse than before. So I tried it again. After a month I went in for a regular physical with my primary care doctor and explained to him that the prior medicine was not working. He sent me for an x-ray and physical therapy. The neck had a deep burning sensation to the point of not sleeping and wanting to go to the emergency room. I went to physical therapy and got neck massages to wake up some neck muscles and exercise to strengthen them. Nothing was happening. I decided to purchase this product. The very first time I used it, the burning sensation went away immediately. Those muscles were definitely woken up due to the deep intensity of the massager. It rools up your neck and then switches to rolling down. I would definitely recommend this project if your neck is sore and burning. My headache went away as well. I have about 6 more weeks of physical therapy, however, I’m going to tell my therapist about this product and ask should I continue with the therapy. I don’t think I need it now.

Bought this massager for my sister when she liked the one I have. So far it’s worked great and she loves it. It has a car adapter making it easy to take with you on long trips for passengers to use!

Ich hatte ja schon einmal ein Massagekissen, aber dieses ist unschlagbar. Ich bin sehr verspannt und beim ersten Benutzen war es sooo schmerzhaft das ich meinen Nacken 2 Tage lang nicht berühren konnte. Aber, danach fühlte ich mich viel besser. Es zeigt also Wirkung. Es ist aber wirklich sehr stark beim massieren. Schade finde ich nur das bei dem Gerät NUR der Nacken massiert wird und nicht die Schultern.

Super schnelle Lieferung.Ich liebe dieses Massagegerät. Ich benutze es fast jeden Abend und seitdem habe ich tagsüber keine Kopfschmerzen mehr. Zum Anfang fand ich es etwas schwer und unbequem aber jetzt habe ich die Technik gut im Griff und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Für so wenig Geld, so ein tolles Gerät 👍 wirklich Top
