For a first time builder gel user, good quality and easy to use. Easy to put on and mold on own nails. Color is great. Last a good number of days.

More than worth it for nail beginners.
This 4 pcs set of 10ml is quite helpful. The quality of the each product its a 10/0 and they are really easy to use. The brush is very easy going when it comes to applying the layers of the product you need. The size is accurate for what you pay, or even more than fair (i think). The base and top coat do protect the designs made and the nail preps really do their thing, my designs are lasting longer than before. I had a set made the first week of November and on December 13 they are still on. I LOVE how glossy the top coat cures on the nail. Its more than worth it!

Easy to use, pretty results
**using my partner’s account** I just want to say that I LOVE this builder gel. This was my very first time EVER doing builder gel and it came out so nice! Very easy to use just take your time and cure one nail at a time(if possible)! I used glue on nails from BTArtBox with Beauty Secrets nail glue. I used the XCOAT tips glue on nails (safe for builder gel/UV lamp). First, I prepped my real nails by filing them, then I used primer and dehydrator. I applied the Beauty Secrets nail glue. Then, I used 2 coats of builder gel, one coat of gel top coat. I cured each layer for 60 secs. And it was finished! On some of the nails I decided to give a little extra cure time or builder gel/top coat. Just depending on look and feel. Overall, I still have some things to learn BUT they are definitely decent. I’m impressed because they look salon quality. I received compliments as well. Things I will likely do next time is use a smaller brush to clean the edges and use a base coat potentially. Overall I am very pleased and can’t wait to try more colors! This color I used is the Nude. It appears “pinkish” because of the BTARTBOX nails which were already a pink color prior to applying the builder gel (see picture)

Top coat never cured.
Everything worked great but the top coat. It never fully cured even with my 58watt UV LED lamp. Won’t be using. The primer and the dehydrator and base coat were fine. This is the first order I’ve ever made with this brand. I’ve never used this brand before maybe it’s just not for me.

This Modelones gel builder is great. Thickness is perfect for beginners. Color was very natural, not clumpy and it cured perfectly with my LED lamp. My nails feel stronger and it even works well with rhinestones and gems. My nail set lasted longer than it usually does. Great size for the price. Would absolutely absolutely recommend!

Great Builder Gel for beginner-ish people (neutral nude color)
I wanted STRONG long nails, but did not want to go through the hassle of doing acrylic powder or poly gel due to the cost it would initially be. I saw a few nail accounts using this and wanted to try it. To do my nails with this gel I also used a LED lamp and a base and top coat (OPI). I highly recommend this to anyone who paints their nails and wants strong long nails. I will go over what worked for me.I buffed my nails and then used OPI gel base coat. Then I used this builder gel. I did a “slip layer” (thin layer first, I did cure mine 30 secs) and then did a thicker coat focusing on the “apex”. This polish is THICK and I recommend if the shape is getting weird to hand you hand upside down (palm up) to get gravity to pull the polish down. Do not worry it will not drip off- it is that thick lol. I did two layers to get to my desired thickness and coverage since this is a sheerish pink. I did notice that the color will look uneven slightly if you only use one coat. I cured for 90 seconds each round. This is probably overkill, but I wanted to be sure it was cured. If you find it is uneven in shape you can buffer it out and then add a top coat! People ask me all the time if my nails are real because of how long I am able to grow them now.*For removal I filed it with a coarse file and then put on a gel-polish remover and in about 2 rounds of that it came off. * Removal will take longer as there is thicker product on the nails.Pros- Good for beginners. Strong gel and I wore it for almost 4 weeks with minimal to no pulling or chipping. You can also use this as a builder gel and put a different color over it which I have also done. No problems with this either as far as longevity.Cons- Some nail painting experience will be needed. It can become messy due to thickness when applying and or wonky when it dries if you are not carefully painting it on. My first use I did have heat spike/ flare. I had to remove my hand to wait for it to cool. However, I just waited until my nails did not feel hot and continued with curing.

Colored builder gel takes wayyyyy too long to cure, unlike the clear builder gel
I have only ever used the clear version of this product and have loved it since day 1. However, I saw the baby pink color on here and figured I’d try it out, since most of the time I use Kur polish over the clear builder gel. I’m not sure if I got a defective one or not, but the baby pink builder gel was much much thicker than the clear gel I’ve used from this brand. Almost to the point of not being able to spread it over the nail with the brush, which made things very messy. When trying to cure the first thin layer, it was still wet and gooey after putting it under the lights three separate times for 90 seconds each time. I wiped it with an alcohol wipe and clear goo came off onto the wipe, which I assume is the gloss since the finish on my nails is not very shiny.Overall, I was disappointed with the cure time on this one. The clear cures much faster and I can then just put a couple of coats of regular polish if I want color. If you’re considering a colored builder gel, I would recommend just getting the clear.

Amazing!
AMAZING! I used another brand first but got lifting after a few days. Tried Modelones – it is amazing. Lasted until I changed my gel polish. Easy to work with, pliable but hefty strong!

This builder gel is a game changer! I have been doing my own nails for over 20 years but have only recently switched from regulars nail polish to gel ( maybe 1.5 years ago ). I have been on the hunt for the best / longest lasting brands and have found some that are quite good. However, I was still not getting the 3 weeks that are advertised. I ensured I followed all the proper steps from prep to proper curing between coat, ensured my color coats are thin and even and so on. I would routinely get a full week or week and a half, but if one of the edges started to lift, the entire nail would peel off. I would still get small chips here and there but still MUCH better than regular nail polish.But sadly as I age and from not always removing the gel polish the proper way my nails had started to get weaker /thinner causing my nails to be bendier and peel ( not so much break) making me keep my nails much shorter than I would prefer.SO I thought I would give this set a try and see…..The builder gel has made my nails SO STRONG! It is VERY thick when you apply it but it does self level to ensure your nail bed is smooth and flat. I now have my nails at the length I want and feel so confident that I can just simply live my life without thinking or worrying that my nails will break or my polish will be damaged. This building gel is keeping my polish looking amazing day after day. I would highly recommend this to everyone and will never do my nails without it again!

Makes my at home gel manicures last so much longer! Love the builder gel it makes my natural nails so much stronger than with gel alone and looks more like a professional manicure. I’ve been able to grow my natural nails super long using the builder gel to protect them under my manicure. There is definitely a learning curve to using it but there are so many great tutorials online to help.
