I’m looking forward to trying this UV LED nail lamp. It has a nice variety of features, a warranty for one year (I think), and it’s very sturdily made. I’m not sure I’d describe it as “Compact” as it’s quite a bit larger than the very small unit I got with a gel nail polish kit. But it seems to be of salon quality, if I’m any judge of that as a non-salon amateurist. I could see this being used in a salon. It’s really a nice unit. So far I’m really impressed. I may update this review after trying it. Based on my age and experience with all kinds of electronic devices, this looks like it’s probably a good product. The only concern I might have is UV exposure, since it sits up a little higher than the tiny unit I have. However, that being said, if anyone is using a UV light, they should wear eye protection, if they think there is enough light escaping the lamp to be perceived as a bright light. I use a lapidary and gemologist UV light that requires the wearing of UV/blue blocking glasses with yellow lenses. It’s my understanding some of those rays may travel at angles that might project outward and away, and not strictly in a direct line. Take care of your vision, and if you think this light appears bright to you, by all means, wear eye protection. Am planning to read all the product literature to ensure I’m exercising the proper eye protection precautions prior to using this light. If there is an edge that hangs downward a little so as to shield the LED/UV individual bulbs, I will have less concern about the UV light factor. From my limited experience with lapidary equipment, you will want to be SURE you are using this unit safely. My opinion is it looks like it’s of high quality, feels solid, and appears to be very well designed. That, and the company has been in business for a relatively long time, in terms of longevity in the beauty care business. The Nail Lamp is much, much nicer for the price I paid, than I had expected.

Great quality and value — works just like a salon lamp
This UV nail lamp is sturdy, well-made, and works perfectly. It cures gel polish fast and evenly, and I love that it’s roomy enough for both hands. The automatic sensor and timer settings make it really easy to use. You just slide your hand in and it starts right up.It feels solid, not flimsy like some cheaper ones I’ve tried, and the lights are strong without overheating. For the price, the quality and functionality are impressive. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and gives a smooth, long-lasting finish every time. Definitely a great value for at-home manicures.

This UV lamp cured my gel polish super well. I love the digital timer and the three different settings. Although it is a bit weird that its 99 seconds and not 90. IT was really good value for the money and seems pretty lightweight but also durable. I see in the title it says “dryer” but I haven’t seen a “drying” function. It just cures gel polish from what I can tell. I do not see any fans.

Decent for Beginners
This was a decent purchase for the amount of money it cost. It is small and can be stored easily. My nails always get cured fully when I use this so I definitely like the lamp quality and the functionality of it. It is very easy to use I think a nine or 10 year-old could probably use this. My only complaint is that it is not wireless, but you get what you pay for.

I was soooo happy with this purchase. I wasn’t expecting it to work super well because it was so affordable but I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried it out. I did a gel mani and pedi using this and it turned out great. This is honestly a life changing purchase for me because I’m confident that I can do my own nails now and save all of the money from going to the nail salon.

Work on many polish brands
Very impressed and happy with this light! I had an OPI gel light for over 8 years that finally gave out. I tried a cheap light that was awful and finally took a chance on this. The price I was skeptical but it works just as a good as the OPI and probably a little better because of the sensors. I received today so can’t speak to longevity yet but it works on a variety of polishes. Doesn’t bubble and cures perfectly. I’ve been using the 60sec just because I wanted to make sure it cures but will venture to the 30secs next round. For the price it’s well worth it!

It is okay but it takes 3 or more mins to cure gel polish. The lights are not very strong. All of a sudden after approx 1 month of use it doesn’t automatically turn on when you put your hand in. I have to push the button everytime. I wouldn’t recommend this if your someone who does their nails often or wants your polish to cure within 1 minute. Very thin layers of polish and it takes a while to cure.
