Great for sore muscles | Lymphatic drainage | post work out
This was so much bigger than I have expected. I use this after I work out on my legs and stomach and it feels great. I can apply as much pressure as is need to get the job done. I also use this on my stomach at night when I am lying in bed to get blood flow and I use it on my calfs after a long day as work. I always feel so much better after I have done it. Great product for the price. I would definately recommend having this to help with sore muscles or just to relax. Loving it.

Works well enough. Mine has fallen apart a few times due to use (The handles screw off and all the rings come off). Not very sturdy and I’m sometimes worried of using too much pressure and break it.

Good but could use a sturdier metal
Overall a solid and good massager for sore leg or back muscles the only complaint I have is about the metal rod holding the roller together. W have used one before this and it had a rigid metal bar that would not bend no matter how much pressure I used but this one unfortunately bend rather easily when I’m massaging my quads. Still, it hasn’t broken so far or gotten wobbly so it does work fine I just can’t apply as much pressure as I’d like because of the bending

Helps with constipation
I bought this to do abdominal and thigh massage for toning, but had a pleasant other effect–I struggle with constipation, and found when I use this at night, my bowels move the next morning! It must increase the motility, which is what I struggle with (slow motility). It’s only been a week, but has worked every day so far! Will definitely try to use every night!
