Decent for longer torsos
I love these waist cinchers. I’m 6ft, 217lbs, athletic build. I reached from under my boobs to the top of my pubic bone. It’s not easy to find one that fits a longer torso! I have an XL that I use on the tightest clip and then a L that I use on the loosest or medium clip. I had a laparoscopic surgery and have been using these for compression as part of healing from that (started 5 weeks after surgery). I wear while around the house or while walking. I wouldn’t wear during heavy weight training because the middle piece can kind of fold when moving to that extent.

MAKES YOU SWEAT
After wearing this sweat waist trainer for 3 weeks while doing simple workouts at home, I can say that this waist trainer is really effective and helps you sweat a lot. After wearing this waist trainer for 30mins, the sweat was practically dripping off my body when I took off the waist trainer. This also helps me with engaging my core when working out which is a huge plus. They also have the waist trainer version of this sweat band that you can wear all day that helps snatches you up. Overall, I really like this sweat waist trainer and how it helps me sweat. It also has 3 rows of hooks that you can adjust to help with the sizing.

Not effective for me
I have this trainer for a few months and since day one it’s ineffective because even a small is too stretchy and doesn’t hold my little tummy in. It’s too weak.

Shaping and back support
So far, so good. I am 5’10 and weigh 215. I bought a large. I tried it on in the 1st hook. It’s not uncomfortable but not too loose to where I need a smaller size or go to the next hook. I plan to wear everyday and workout in it. It offers back support as well. Hoping to buy another one within a month.
