Great fit and amazing support!
I really love this waist trainer! It fits perfectly and gives great back support while helping shape my waist. The zipper and hooks make it easy to put on and very secure. It’s comfortable to wear during workouts and helps me sweat more around my midsection. The material feels high quality and strong. Definitely worth it if you want to define your waist and improve

Recommend to make sure you know your size
So I’m 5,3 I weight 200 lbs, I have a weird body type but I have stomach fat. I was so disappointed when it didn’t get in first I was like oh okay than I tried again than it got on because I wasn’t trying it on properly I was trying it on from top to bottom you need to try it from bottom to top than pull it down button it up. I was break a sweat putting it on. I can breathe really well and it works well it holds well and straps are adjustable and aren’t like stinging into your skin it’s not bulky super unnoticeable and it’s pretty comfy I sweat bad so the sweating already wearing is fine.If your unsure about your size I’m a size medium and I got a medium but then read the reviews after and was like overthinking it but make sure to measure your waist and the middle of your stomach

Worth the money

Great for waist training and back support!
I went from a medium to a small in less than a month, now going to an xs. I currently weigh 135 was 145 also 5’4. And sized down 2 sizes in a month span. I LOVE this waist trianer and do recommend!!

Flimsy
The boning is to sparse and thin and too flexible. It doesn’t offer enough back support. Bulges in weird places. Fabric does feel nice tho. I do wish it was a little longer. Also i knew it didn’t when I bought it from the picture so I’m not taking stars off for this but I wish it went up higher over the bust, you do have to wear a bra with it.

Absolutely buy this!!!
This is AMAZING! Holds all my flabby bits in while offering wonderful support for your back. This helps with posture which in turn helps my back pain. There are a couple things you should know before you order just FYI and as to not make the same sizing mistake I did.1) This is true to the sizing guide. I’m not sure if the material is different on the different color trainers but when I tell you not to size down I mean it! I made the mistake of reading reviews thar stated to buy a size small for my height and weight even though the guide said a large. Guess what, the small was so small when it arrived it wouldn’t even come close to wrapping around me! I sent that back, got the large and presto, perfect fit! The trainer I purchased is the grey/black. I’m 5’0 and around 140-145 lbs. I’m quite busty and we’ll say “mature” in age. This smooths all the things out and keeps them from spilling over where they should not. It also lifts the girls to a place they have not been in a while which is a bonus 😉2) It does smell but not so much so that you can smell it while wearing. I’m sure that will fade over time. With this material it really can’t be helped I don’t think.3) Prepare to sweat! This thing definitely makes you do so even when just standing still. I took my mile lunch walk today and definitely felt the burn!If you’re on the fence I say just go for it! At this price point you can’t go wrong! I’ll be buying another so I can alternate and not have to wash daily. Great product!

Die Größen laut Tabelle stimmen nicht. Ich hab schon eine Größe kleiner bestellt und trotzdem noch zu groß. Es wirft Falten und schneidet an den Trägern ein egal wie weit diese gestellt sind

Ansich ist das Produkt sehr gut, dennoch musste ich feststellen das es zu weich ist um wirklich etwas zu formen. Als „schwitzgürtel“ taugt es mehr und macht eine schöne straffe Haut bei regelmäßiger Anwendung. Sollte das Ziel sein deine Taille zu formen, dann würde ich eher ein härteres nehmen. Ansonsten ist das Produkt von sich aus okay.
