Doesn’t hurt but snatches you instantly and its so thin and comfortable.
This one and the Yianna ones are so good! So the Yianna one ie super thick and I feel like it’s not like uncomfortable or anything but the thickness does have it folding a bit weird when you sit and a tad bit stiff. The Yianna one showed me amazing results in just a month I seen inches go away and even against my skin it didnt poke or anything but I felt that it was a little long and felt weird from around my butt area. So this one (the Gotoly) can be a bit irritating in your skin just because the flap is short. As long as you make sure the flap is laid out correctly it shouldn’t be a problem but regardless I still always wear a shirt under any waist trainer which prevents it from getting so dirty and it hurting. The thinness in this one is honestly amazing. It doesn’t hurt and its very flexible. Its not thick like the Yianna and sitting down is no problem. So thin but its so comfortable and flexible that you cant even tell you are wearing it. Amazing results as well. Both brands were great and both shrunk my waist like crazy. Went from med to xs in less than 2 months. Didnt even get to try small because of how great these are. Almost at xxs. What I do like about this is it is a bit more comfortable and the zipper makes it so much better. It completely flattens your waist trainer after putting it on. Gives it that more tighter look and feel. I thought it feeling like it hurts was a good sign but seeing your stomach completely flatten and not hurt is even better! The zipper definitely adds that extra flattening and tightens the waist trainer. It holds great and never moves. No rips and instantly gives you that snatched look.

Perfect fit and comfortable. I was worried about the comfort. I order XL to be on the safe side, glad I did. I used first hooks but can use second if I want to.

Bought this along with my shapewear Spanx to wear for my wedding and with both on I couldn’t breathe, my stomach didn’t look any better, and I wound up taking them all off and hiding my stomach with my bouquet. I’m 5’11 and 170 all I wanted was my mom belly to look slimmer, but I wound up taking them both off and hiding behind my bouquet for pictures!

I purchased this in a medium because I wanted compression but still needed it to be breathable. The fabric is breathable, which I like. My tip: wear a thin tank top underneath—on the first day I didn’t, and the boning left welts on my skin.Comfort-wise, I’d give it a 7/10. Standing or walking in it feels fine, but when I was driving in and out of the car, the boning pressed into my lower abdomen and under-bust area.If you’re curvy, just know the back may flap up a little. It’s not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. For the price, it does its job. This isn’t as aggressive as the stiff latex/rubber corsets, but it still slims and compresses while being discreet enough to wear under clothes.Overall: breathable, compresses well, budget-friendly. Solid 7/10.

This is ideal for someone who has no back fat or bra roll. If you have either of these, it will amplify it even more. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a lot of fat in the mid section

Not quite the snatch I ordered
It’s okay, my waist is 28″ and even the smallest size doesn’t tighten as much as other waist trainers I’ve tried. It also bulges a bit on the sides, which gives it a strange fit. Comfortable enough, just not the sleek, sculpted look I was hoping for.
