Amazing for dry, sensitive skin
This probably the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. It is a bit rich for daytime use on the face, so I just use a tiny bit on damp skin, or a lightweight tinted moisturizer on my face. I use a generous amount at night. I also use it on my body, and the ashy, flaky skin on my lower legs is gone, and my elbows are smooth, soft and no longer dark looking. I’ve struggled with eczema and dry skin my whole life, but this works for me. It does have a slightly sticky/greasy feeling on the skin when applied to dry skin, so I use just a little on damp skin immediately after I get out of the shower. I can’t tolerate feeling of my legs sticking together when I get in bed, so that application method works for me. My face does look more youthful and hydrated since I started using this, it’s better than moisturizers marketed for “mature” skin. There is a barely detectable scent, but no added fragrance. Zero irritation issues for my super sensitive, dry skin. This gets an enthusiastic 5 stars. It seems a little expensive, but when you factor in how much fancy night-time facial moisturizer costs, it easily wins that argument since I will not be buying that anymore.

Fixed my dry itchy red overreacting skin (face) and didn’t sting my eyes. One of the best discovery of 2025 and for such a great price. Skin feels and remains hydrated, sticky to the touch but DOESNT FEEL I AM WEARING SOMETHING STICKY. Only when I touch it. I wore it at night as well as daytime with a good brand sunscreen. Don’t apply close to the eyes, don’t apply too much. Fantastic product.

Quality thick moisturizer
been using the Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Balm for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. My skin tends to be quite dry and sensitive, especially during colder months, and this balm has been a game changer. It’s rich and thick but absorbs surprisingly well without leaving a greasy residue.One of the standout features is how quickly it soothes irritation and redness. After applying it, my skin feels calmer and more comfortable, and it definitely helps to reduce dryness and flakiness.On the downside, the balm is quite thick, so it might not be ideal for daytime use under makeup or for those who prefer a lighter moisturizer. Truly Remarkable Results
I just started using the Bioderma Shower Oil and now I’ve added this Intensive Balm. The combination of these two products has produced a remarkable result in my skin. The flakiness is gone and my skin actually feels youthful again. I’m in my sixties and during the winter my skin gets so very dry and itchy. I’ve used this product together only 2 times and I’m very impressed! My skin already feels so much more hydrated, and no longer itchy. There is no scent and the balm sinks right in for instant relief. This has made my skin so much more comfortable. Thank you for these wonderful Bioderma products!

Hands down best moisturizer I’ve tried!!!
omg…..with eczema looming from the impending winter weather. This is the best moisturizer I’ve used thus far. And I’ve tried a lot of moisturizers over the years. Including urea and other prescribed creams and things. I paired this with the oil cleanser as well. Chefs kiss to say the least. It doesn’t feel greasy or oily or tacky upon application or afterwards. Just soft moisturized skin for 24 hours. The price is a steal for the amount of lotion you get! Will definitely continue to purchase.

I’ve used this literally everywhere, from my face to my feet. Perfect for dry skin, especially during the dry winter months. Instant relief from itchiness, and the moisturing lasts all day long. Not one of those greasy formulas that leave you with that gross feeling like you’re coated in lard….this actually absorbs into the skin. Also works well as a sort of all-over overnight mask for your whole body…..just exfoliate in the shower at night, slather yourself in this like you’re basting a turkey, wear some loose cotton pj pants and a long sleeved cotton shirt to bed, and you’ll wake up as smooth as a fresh buttered baby.

Great moisturizer for cold winter months
Love this moisturizer for my extremely dry, eczema prone skin. I use it for my face, sometimes my hands, and it is the best thing for keeping my skin moisturized throughout the harsh NYC cold. The formula is really elegant too, not paste-y at all. I also have very sensitive, acne prone skin and this hasn’t broken me out. Will definitely continue to repurchase to keep in my cold/winter routine rotation for the foreseeable future.

Product i good. I don’t like the way it was packed. No bubble wrap, it was loose in the box.Caps were loose too so little bit of lotion was leaked, but not much.They need to improve on packing.5 stars is for the product

Love this so much! I had tried the La-roche posay baume prior to this with poor results but I thought I should give the Bioderma a go and I’m so glad I did. I use this on my face and the texture is just thick enough to moisturise and spread well but absorbs quickly and dries down perfectly.Can be used under makeup without pilling but also lovely as a night cream/body lotion. I’ve gone through one bottle now and have already repurchased a second. Could not live without this now.

My 18 month old had very dry itchy sensitive skin and I thought of giving this product a go but he got very bad red rashes to this product. This is not good for dry itchy skin especially for babies.
