12 and 24 hour markings
This watch is plain and simple with easy to read numbers. If I get it a little closer to my face, I can see the much smaller 24 hour aspect of it. I wanted that 24 hour notation because I watch so many European films and they actually seem to use a 24 hour clock. I was tired of doing the math, now I can just look at my watch and know that when someone says “I’ll meet you at 19:00 hours” they mean 7 o’clock in the evening.When I ordered it, I hadn’t noticed that the seconds are marked with written numbers at 5 second intervals. It was a pleasant surprise and I’ve been amazed at how often this feature has come in handy.I’ve been wearing it for about a month 24 seven except when I shower. I was a little worried that the band would be irritating because it’s some plastic or silicone material but so far so good.I wear my watch so the face is on the inside of my wrist, which means that when I just built a little stone retaining wall, rocks rubbed up against the face when I was lugging them around but I can’t see any scratches on the crystal. The watch has survived all the abuse I have inadvertently dished out.I can’t speak to how water resistant it is, but it is wet clay resistant. I’m glad the clay didn’t get packed in around the stem, but the rest of the watch was pretty covered in wet clay. It wiped off very nicely without harming the watch.It seems very sturdy. Now I just hope that the battery lasts for a long time.

I’m not even mad. I don’t think I’m even disappointed you kind of get what you pay for.Maybe there’s a quality control issue because my original ordered watch lasted a week before snapping. Then they offered me a replacement which I accepted, but that snapped within the first hour of use, the same day I received it.I have a pretty petite wrist and no matter which way I wore it. It seems the quality is just horrendous. I think if you’re savvy enough, you would be able to salvage the watch. Unfortunately I don’t have the tools or patience. I will ultimately be returning this product.This is definitely a buyer beware product. It’s cheap for a reason and if your feeling lucky enough, maybe you’ll get a watch that last two weeks. Otherwise I would say this is a hard pass.
