Ok so I normally buy Epson salts from Walmart and I’m happy with it but a friend of mine told me to try these because I have had back problems and chronic pain for years. Well I bought this hoping for even better results then the off brand I get from the store. This did the trick! I love that they are already portioned out, it’s nice to be able to just pour it in knowing it’s the right amount. It smells incredible and I did feel more relief than with my normal salts. I don’t know if it was because of the smell and it relaxing me or if the salts were better but this really felt great! I have been using them now all them time and I will rebuy them!

It is the perfect amount of salt for a bath. The scent is amazing and it really does soothe the body. I love the grab and dump packaging. No fiddling with a big bag

One bag per bath, excellent travel sized
I take these traveling as I love a good bath after a long day and it’s wonderful. I’ve never been stopped by security but I usually put them in my checked bag, and one packet is strong enough for a bath. Eases my sore muscles and definitely never travel without them
