Great product! PLUS, rarely have I ever experienced customer service of this level! Not only did they resolve my problem, but I now use this experience as a teaching model for my business!I purchased replacement printer cartridges from True Image for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw printer. After purchasing, I was pleased with the price and happy with the printing results. But then, a routine firmware update for my printer popped up and I installed it. After doing so, I was unhappily surprised to find that my printer no longer recognized my cartridges. YIKES!!! I tried work-arounds, but I eventually ended up having to purchase new cartridges from HP for a significantly higher price… Yes, I was VERY disappointed as the other cartridges were almost new. Furthermore, because the Amazon window had closed, I simply resigned myself to this loss and moved on… Very discouraging… But then the incredible customer service kicked in!!!It wasn’t long after this experience that I received an email from True Image asking about my purchase. This was completely unexpected… I told them of my experience and frustration. Lisa was all over this! She communicated with me regarding my problem and passed my concerns on to her company. She told me that they would stand behind their product in spite of the Amazon window closing! Okay, I was impressed! But it didn’t stop there as she told me their engineers were on it! Then, Tony was suddenly on it as well! Not just one, but two people were working to help resolve this!After a few back and forth emails, they reimbursed me for my purchase… That was seriously very impressive — especially since by that time I had just chalked it up as a loss and had moved on! But then they really blew my mind when they told me their engineers were on it, that they were fixing the problem and would send me new cartridges! They did what they said they would do and I now have these new cartridges — and they work great!Wow! I am stunned with the attention they gave this matter!!! This all started from a follow up email regarding a product that was past the return window with Amazon… They did not have to do this and I never expected them to do so… In my mind, this was simply an irritation and lesson learned. I never expected a follow up like this and have rarely seen one like it… But, not only did they back up their email with phenomenal customer service, but they backed it up with action as they immediately addressed the hardware issue, fixed the problem, and sent me new cartridges!In the end, they not only fixed my printer issues and mitigated my costs and frustrations, but they have raised the bar for me in my own company. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT TRUE IMAGE, their service, their company, and their core company values! Way to go! Many, Many Thanks!

Poor quality after a short time
Update: They had some bad cartrideges and not only did they fix the problem but sent me a generous Amazon credit ample for replacements and more. The color cartridges work perfectly and now the Black cartridge is perfect.I’ve revised my 3-star rating to 5-stars.Were great for the first couple hundred prints then ran out of ink. Also, the ink smugded the roller so had streaks on the pages. Buy HP if you can afford it………………………………………….Two weeks later, the seller sent an explanation and offered a gift card for any inconvenience. Their reply:”As a reliable seller on Amazon, we always do our best to provide good quality products as well as excellent service to our customers.After examining defective returns, we concluded that the issue was caused by a faulty Doctor Blade, which cleans excess toner from the developing roller. This malfunction resulted in printouts that were not vivid. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.For the loss of your order, if you agree, we’d like to give you a refund in the form of an Amazon digital gift card. Additionally, to compensate for your unsatisfactory shopping experience, we are happy to increase the gift card amount as a goodwill gesture.”That’s pretty good. I will try them again. The HP products are insanely priced. BTW, the 3 color tonor cartridges are working fine, only the black cartridge was a problem.

GREAT Ink!
This is the least trouble I’ve had with an off-brand ink cartridge EVER. I thought the lines and dots and smears I’ve had on my docs for years were a problem with my printer, but apparently my previous off-brand ink cartridges were just horrible. The quality on my print jobs was pristine with these cartridges. I’ve printed about 1700 pages so far,off one cartridge, and it’s still fine.

Very slight noise but good so far, great price compared to OEM.
I’ve been reluctant to try non-HP toner in my printer but the prices have gone up more than eggs over the past 18 months, I couldn’t justify the HP tax for toner, it was going to be over $600 for 4 cartridges, picked these up for less than $80. I received my order yesterday and installed the new cartridges in my M254dw this afternoon, no issues with the installation other than removing the plastic cover isn’t as easy as OEM. The printer initially complained about non-HP cartridges being installed but it continued to function. I’ve only printed a couple of test pages so far and they printed fine, there is a very slight “clunking” sound when the paper is going through the printer which I don’t remember hearing previously, not sure if that is a cartridge issue due to fitment or something wearing down in my printer, still investigating. Will report back on longevity once I put some paper through these.

These ink cartriges were easy to install. My printer accepted them fine, no message of them not being an official HP product. The color is great, the colors are vibrant and just as they should be. I’ve had not problems with the cartridges fitting perfectly in my printer. They are so much cheaper than HP! You don’t need to buy their overpriced cartridges these are great. No leaking, excellent clarity, and my printer is running perfectly, no damage to the printer. And they seem to be filled completly. Happy with the purchase and I changed all the cartriges at once because of the excellent price. So all nice new colors!

Good quality at a great price
Good product. Easy to install, they fit well. Good overall quality at a great price. Not sure how many pages I got out of them and if it is comparable to the hp ones; went thru ink quicker than normal, but was also doing more printing. Compatible with my printer. Would purchase again.

To get the full 4 toner cartridges from HP would have set me back almost $600 CAD. For $80 CAD, I got nearly identical color and full compatibility with my HP laser printer.Yellow is slightly darker than the original, though that might be because it was low and wasn’t able to print to full color. The difference is hard to spot without being side-by-side.Shipping was super quick. It arrived two days sooner than expected.
