Refunds take way to long
Quality boot but I found they were too clunky and heavy for what I was looking for. Also 1/2 sized up and it was a great fit. Would be good in wet weather.Returned and it is taking forever to get my refund!!!! $160. They received my boots quickly but been waiting over a week for refund and when that happens it’s suppose to be another 7 days before I actually receive it. Have never ever waited this long in an Amazon return!!!!!!!Give 3 stars for refund process but but are a 5 for winter quality.

True to Size But Difficult to Put On
After reading some of the reviews, I was on the fence about whether to order a half size up. But I ordered my regular size, and when they arrived, they fit like a glove over medium thick winter socks. I can’t believe how comfortable they are right out of the box! The toe box looks narrow, but is plenty wide for a comfortable fit.UPDATE: After nearly a month of wearing these boots, they are still difficult to get on over my feet. I just assumed that the elastic inserts at the ankles would stretch out over time to make them easier to get on. Nope, haven’t stretched a bit! They are cute on my feet, but they’re just a bear to put on! I would not recommend wearing these boots through security at the airport!!!

Perfect Fit & Just as Pictured. Great Quality Boots!
I recently bought the Thursday Boot Legend Chelsea Boots and I couldn’t be happier with them! They look exactly like they do online, no surprises there, which I really appreciate.The fit is perfect for me. I have slim feet, so they feel comfortably snug right out of the box. That said, if you have wider feet, you might want to consider sizing up, as the fit is on the narrow side.They feel very sturdy and well-made definitely built to last.

Great once I got the right size and unused ones
Had to get these boots 4 different times to get the right size, color, and unused ones. I’m normally a size 8 in shoes but I bought a size 8.5 based on Amazon recommendation and a bunch of reviews saying to size up. I had to return the 8.5, which were great width-wise (especially with thicker socks), but just way too big from toe to heel. Camel color was great except for one huge patch in the front that was darker in color, as if someone had dropped a cup of oil or grease on it. Once I finally got the right size, unfortunately the pair I received were very much worn, scuffed, and clearly broken in. Now that I have the right size (8), the perfect color (black), and definitely a new, unused pair, I love them. Super comfortable, even after a couple miles of walking in one afternoon.

Inconsistent sizing and poor craftsmanship despite all the great reviews
I really wanted to love these boots the tread is unlike any other boot that is supposed to be of great quality and I figured out be great for icy winters. The suede seems genuine and seems of good quality, however the craftsmanship has been subpar for this price point. I understand with handmade items where will be some inconsistencies but these are wildly different even in the same size.I have attached some pictures to illustrate my point. The first picture shows the difference in the outsoles of these two boots from different “batches”. The second picture shows that these are the same size (8.5). However, the third photo shows that the soles are different sizes! These boots from different batches are soo different. I wanted to love these boots so much but there are so many inconsistencies and thats why I ended up ordering three different pairs. All are getting returned because the first (8.5) were different sizes in the ankle opening. So I figured maybe an 8 would fit better and it was just me being picky. The 8 we’re great but just too small. So I ordered another 8.5 and these arrived definitely used! There was dog hair inside the boots, and scuffs all over them.Sad that this company didn’t work out for me but I can say I gave it enough tries. Receiving a very visibly used product just shows the lack of care. So be warned, but it does seem like they work for others.
