Great rollers!
I really like this set of rollers! It comes in a nice soft case first of all, not that clumsy case.Also, the rollers get hot but not so hot they burn your fingers trying to put them in your hair! I did buy the traditional clips instead of using the enclosed large clips, just a personal choice. The result. Softer and non-damaged hair, just curly enough! Would recommend.

OK WHAT CAN I SAY, THIS IS MY SIXTH T3 PRODUCT. I LOVE THIS BRAND ! I HAVE MEDIUM TO SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR AND WANT VOLUME NOT JUST HAIR FLAT TO MY HEAD SO I ORDERED THESE BECAUSE MY OLDER T3 ROLLERS ONLY HAD TWO LARGE ROLLERS AND ARE VERY OLD.. LOVE HOW MY HAIR LOOKED !!!!! THEY GIVE YOUR HAIR THE VOLUME AND SHINE SO THAT YOU LOOK LIKE YOU JUST WALKED OUT OF A SALON AND I AM NO HAIR STYLIST…. THE HEAT UP QUICKLY AND THE CLIPS HOLD YOUR ROLLERS IN PLACE … THEY DO NOT BURN YOUR FINGERS WHEN ROLLING HAIR WHICH I APPRECIATE.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for these rollers, expecting them to deliver great heat for a lasting curl. Unfortunately, they barely get more than warm. The temperature settings—low and high—don’t feel much different, and the button to adjust them isn’t the most intuitive. After waiting for 30 minutes, the best they manage is a lukewarm temperature, which isn’t enough to create a lasting curl. Honestly, not worth the price at all.I’ve used the Ella Bella rollers before, and they really excel at getting hot and holding a curl, but they don’t offer medium-sized rollers, which would be perfect for my medium-length hair. It’s frustrating because what I’m really looking for is a hot roller set that heats up properly, creates long-lasting curls, and includes medium-sized rollers with J clips. Why is it so hard to find a good combination?

Favorite Hot Rollers
Have used T3 hot rollers for approximately 8 years now & find them to be an overall excellent product with good results. They are more pricey than many other hot roller choices on the market & you might need to purchase extra rollers to get the size that works for you, but, for me it was worth doing this. My original T3 hot rollers automatically came with 2 extra large, 2 large & 4 standard size rollers but I think the options may have changed resulting in the need to purchase additional sizes to tailor the rollers to your specific needs. These rollers come with clamps that secure the rollers in place very well (unlike some brands that only come with a thin, curved piece of metal to hold the rollers).

Amazing curl with low-effort!
Take about 5-10 minutes to heat up, I usually let them sit for at least 30 minutes and make sure to twist the rollers while I take them out to make a great, low-effort blowout! Very easy to use and they don’t hurt your fingers because of the special coating on the rim. Only downside is that the clips don’t hold the rollers in the hair very well, so sometimes my curls get dented or have inconsistent results. I use a heat protectant/hair oil before putting in the rollers, and my hair stays healthy!

Not good for short layered hair
My hair is a couple inches past my chin. After having a great “beachy” blowout, I’ve been on a quest to learn to do it myself. After trying several curling and flatirons that didn’t work, I decided to try these hot rollers.First impression, these are very stylish looking and they cost 2x more than the old style hot rollers from the 80’s (Conair, Remington, etc) but they work the exact same way. For shorter hair girls, I found the big rollers to be too big to wrap my hair around. So I just used the smaller ones. Had those worked, I would have purchased more of the smaller versions (It would be helpful if you could configure the set to your own needs and not buy rollers you’re not going to use).Anyway, it is true that the rollers get really hot and you have to be careful how you handle them. I did not like the clips. They left marks on my hair and it was hard to get them to stay in place.But the main reason I returned them is that my hair did not hold the curl at all. These are probably fine for longer hair, but they did not work for me.

Great results, but edges get way too hot
I. love the results from these rollers, although I still haven’t cracked the code on how to avoid a crease. They also trav el well. However, 2 of the features don’t work: 1) I can only get one level of heat (when I press the button, both indicator lights go on), and the “cool edge” function absolutely doesn’t work, and the edges get so hot I have to hold the curlers away from my head if I don’t want to burn my scalp. In fact, I returned the 1st set I bought from another retailer because I thought they were defective, but this second set has the same problem. I’ll probably return these, too, and look for a set that’s more comfortable.

I was a little skeptical buying this because of the other negative reviews but I have other products from this brand that I’m very happy with so I gave it a shot. I loved it! It didn’t take too long to heat up at all. How you know it’s ready is at the top of the roller, you’ll see a grey circle where it’s normally black. I didn’t find that it was too hot to touch at all. However, when I touched the part that was actually attached to the base (the small circle with two metal prongs), that was hot. But it’s kind of a given considering that’s how it heats up the roller. Plus, it’s a small portion compared to the rest of the sides of the roller. I love how compact it is. It takes up such a small space of my vanity. Most of all, I loved how my hair looked after. So much bounce, shine, and curl. I was able to manage with the 8 pieces. But I can see how someone might need more. The longer part of the clip is supposed to help lock it in place which I put underneath the roller while the shorter end went over and I had no kink marks. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s worth the money from all the time I will be saving from doing my hair.

Heats up quickly. Doesn’t take long to set and curls are loose and perfect every time. I have very thick and kinky wavy to curly hair that’s unruly. When I lived in the east coast? I could straighten it and leave it until I wash my hair. Now on the west coast where it rains so much, straightening it was too time consuming everyday. This is the perfect solution. Turn it on, brush teeth and wash face. Put rollers in. Make coffee. Put on makeup. Remove and out the door. Looks amazing and makes my life so much easier. Due to the volume of hair I have, I got two more curlers. When I do the first two, I insert the other two. By the time I’m done the 6, the new two are ready to go. They’re that fast. Love this set.
