Perfect Size
Perfect size. I got this for my Mother in Law to warm up her feet. She loves it. Not too big and easy to use. Its soft on her feet, high quality, and has multiple heat settings for when she just wants a little warmth or needs it higher.

Does the Job
The heating pad is very soft and works quite well. My old one was the same brand and had lasted too many years to remember when I purchased it. I preferred the control on my old one. It was a square with numbered heating levels with an on/off button. This one you have to press the button from warm to low to medium to high to turn it off. I have not used it for over two hours at one time so I don’t know if the 2-hour auto off works. I don’t think I would call it King size. My old one was 23″x12″. This one is 24″x12″. Large would be a better description.

QUALITY
SUNBEAM! You have delivered! I have ordered 3 foreign made 12 x 24 heating pads in last 2 months. Each one wouldn’t work for me for 1 of 3 issues. 1). Corner plug attachment to pad fell out easily during use. 2). Off on control too FAR from pad itself. An elderly user would have had to a) pull long pad cord tell they reached it or GET OUT OF CHAIR OR BED to change settings! 3) cheap feeling fabric.Sunbeams pad IS slightly 1/2 – 1 inch larger all the way around than the ‘supposedly’ 12 x 24 inch foreign pads. Cord is 18” from pad and connection is NOT on the corner! Pad is actually more robust (thicker and much heavier than other pads! SUNBEAM DELIVERS SUPERIOR QUALITY!!

Barely got warm
Worked well the first time and not so good after. Barely feel the heat on any setting.This is the second one of this exact pad I’ve ordered recently. Thought a different color would be better but it’s not.Sunbeam has certainly gone down the tubes with their product.

Sunbeam King Sized Heating Pad
I am a fan of Sunbeam King Sized Heating Pad, I have bought other brands in the past and they don’t last long, it has several heat levels and shuts the heat off automatically, and will blink prompting you to turn it off or continue using. I would consider it’s size a large, not King size.

Great Product!
This brand of heating pads (Sunbeam) is wonderful. The one I had before lasted me so many years I can’t even remember when I got it. I have a bad knee so I use it just about every day especially when it’s cold or humidity is high. Florida there’s always humidity.I take it with me when I travel.This one seems to be a little longer than my previous one which is great!Hope it lasts as long!!!

Heated area is only 10×20 and doesn’t get as hot as XL version.
Product is not described honestly. The outside dimensions of the fabric are 12×24. However, the heated area is a mere 20×10. That’s 88 square inches Less than the stated dimensions. This is an inaccurate description and misleading. The XL version by sunbeam has the same heating area, heats hotter, and is less than half the price! No need to pay $30 extra for a ‘plush’ cover and lukewarm heat. I will be returning this one..

Great heat, very short lifespan. 2 months
This product works well & gives good heat when it was working. I’ve had it since May 2025, so it only lasted 2 months.But, it randomly stopped working. I plug it into any socket and it turns on for a second. Long enough for me to change the setting, then the light goes out and it’s not working. I tried moving the cord around, thinking it could be a short. But, that wasn’t the case.
