High Quality Waist Trainer
I was very skeptical at first when watching all the videos on Facebook however the high level of reviews were just too good to pass up. If you are looking for a good quality waist trainer look no further, this is the one right here, I ordered a size XL because I gained a few pounds and inches, I’m 162 pounds. The first time I put it on and omg, snatched my waist right away and immediately gave me back support which is what I desperately need at my age (64) it’s not bulky, it fits comfortably, the Velcro strength is powerful. What I really like about it is that I can wear it under clothing and it doesn’t show through my shirts. I’m glad I gave myself this gift.

The best one I’ve tried
I was honestly going to cancel this because I have a few of these already, so I didn’t expect this to be different. HOWEVER… I spend a lot of time sitting and in the car, and this has been the most comfortable and effective. Its not hook-and-eye, so I can make it a little looser during the times when I’m sitting and then tighten it quickly when I will be walking around. The “bones” aren’t digging into my booty, so also really good for people who have bigger hips and a smaller ribcage because I can tighten the top strap and I don’t have that weird bulge, iykyk. Its a bit bulky in the front, but it takes no time at all to put on and take off, so if I need to look smooth, its a quick change. Good amount of support. Strong material and velcro (so far).

The best one hands down!
This is, hands down, the best waist trainer, back brace, and back support I’ve ever used! I’ve tried many different options, even customized ones. I suffer from a pinched nerve and a bulging disc in my spine, and this is the one that works for me! I’ve already ordered two, and I appreciate that there’s a discount when you buy two or more. This will be the only brace I use moving forward. I highly recommend it! The well-built, innovative design with the three straps is fantastic. I love it! Waist snatched
It’s definitely a waist snatcher but I dont like that it rolls in the back when I sit down I tried wearing it with and without a shirt under but it does it, product is easy to put on by yourself

Not for slender woman, who are just trying slim postpartum weight around the tummy.
I do not recommend anyone who is on the smaller side to get the size small which is their smallest size. My sister has the same belt from a different company and her size medium actually fits better than this size small that I have. My waistband lacks extended Velcro like other brands. Other brands have extended Velcro to alter the size due to constant weight change. This brand does not. The first day trying it on it literally had space and it’s supposed to be firm and fit.However, the back support is decent.
