Great walking sneaker
These are hands down the highest quality running shoes I’ve ever owned. The cushioning is incredibly well-placed—soft and supportive in all the right areas—while still allowing for a natural gait, stride, and foot strike. Despite the extra cushion, they feel engineered for performance, not just comfort. They have a springy feel that noticeably supports my knees during runs.I went with the 9.5 after trying both 9 and 9.5, just to give my toes that extra space in the toebox—and I’m glad I did. The fit is like a sock; I barely need to tighten the laces. In fact, the lacing system is so precise that overtightening can make my foot feel tingly or fall asleep, something I had to adjust to after being used to less technical shoes. These lock your foot in place without the need for cranking down on the laces.The breathability is excellent, and the design strikes that perfect balance—stylish, subtle, and uniquely eye-catching. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, performance, and a standout look.

I’ve used several Saucony models, but the Kinvara 14 has become my favorite for speed training. The neutral sole gives me a natural stride, and I feel more connected to the ground — ideal for tempo runs and track sessions.The upper mesh is incredibly soft and breathable, making them super comfortable even on longer runs. Great lightweight shoe
Amazing. Super lightweight great for running, not the best for walking. I walk for a mile before I start running and they definitely aren’t made for walking. Everything with the shoe is great but the innersole comes up a bit while running.

So happy with this purchase due to how super comfortable and light these shoes are. Easily wore right out of the box without worry of blisters or rubbing. The fit is amazing no slippage on the heel and the tongue doesn’t move around. Love the color waves along with the simple design. Will definitely be buying more of these shoes as I have gotten several compliments and inquires about the shoes. These shows are good for everything but I mainly use them for working out and running. Great support through out the whole shoe.

Good lightweight shoe for short daily runs
Love how lightweight it is compared to other shoes. It’s also a lower heel drop and feels closer to the ground. Fantastic for short runs (<6 miles / 10k). I will say after a year and a half of running (~300 miles) the toe box started to wear off and now there's a hole by my big toe. I think this is just normal wear and tear though, my Saucony Triumph 21s also have the same hole after about a year and similar mileage. Super good value for money.

Elles sont idéales pour des courses rapides jusqu’au semi voire marathon sans souffrir à l’impact 😊 les essayer c’est les adopter !
