Buttery soft, comfortable and the perfect height!!!
I ripped these out of the box as soon as they arrived lol 😂 I knew they were the black knee high boots that I wanted to have as a staple in my Fall closet. They did not disappoint! The stitching is impeccable, they are buttery soft from top to bottom, they are the signature San Edelman design, the heel is perfect – it’s not clunky it’s sleek, but it’s not too high so you can wear these with pants and dresses and skirts. They are VERY COMFORTABLE!!! They are pointy – but I sized up a half so they are not squeezing my foot at all. I can move my toes around and there’s enough space for socks if I need to wear them. I am in ❤️!!!

Beautiful, comfortable
Love them. This is a proper 10. I love the way they look and they’re super comfortable. I would suggest that if your calves are muscular or rubenesque, that you get the wide calf. My legs are muscular, but I don’t have large calves. They’re pretty average and the boots fit perfect. If my legs were a little bit bigger, it would be tight.

Size Up
I am a Sam Edelman fan to begin with. The quality for the price of the shoes is a stand out for me. When I purchased these, I did have to send back my typical size of 10.5. I could not get my foot into the boot. It is not giving at all when you first wear them. I had to size up to an 11 to get them on. They are a little big in the actual foot portion, but otherwise fine. They are beautiful boots. Love the red crocodile pattern.

Beautiful but brutal!
Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Boots was absolutely gorgeous, but the comfort level was way past walkable. Also the mid zip buckled funny when walking, looked odd. Had to send these hewels back. Sight alone they were beautiful! So sad to have to return these.

Boots are beautiful, but the wide calf has gapping at the top of the boot shaft on my leg. The extra room is not flattering on my leg. Great heel height, color, leather, beautiful overall, wish I could keep.

“Wide calf” is not accurate! I have normal calves and I couldn’t even get these on at all.

True to Size and Regular calf size fits a 14″ calf muscle, with room.
They looked gorgeous on a video of a dress that I ordered.I researched the boot and found that they were in fact Sam Edelman’s Slyvia.I ordered my normal size, medium width & regular calf size.
