Love Running Girl
I absolutely love the Running Girl sports bra! It’s super supportive and the strappy back is adorable. The fit is perfection and I love the way it looks on me. I’m on the smaller side so support isn’t my biggest concern, but the material is wonderfully thick and compressive which makes me confident it would work on those who are larger up top. This is now my go to sports bra for volleyball because it’s definitely high-impact and keeps everything in place. I’ve washed it several times and had no issues but I always put it in a mesh laundry bag and air dry it to protect the fabric. Running Girl products have been consistently well made and I highly recommend them!

I am reviewing the “RUNNING GIRL Sports Bras for Women High Support, Molded Cup High Impact Sports Bras with Sewn in Pads Strappy Yoga Bra” in color white and size medium. I am a true medium and I would say this is true to size. The material is like a dri-fit so it is comfortable when working out. It is stretchy. It has no under support but this is not a big problem. I really like how to sewn in pads are there so it does not move around in the wash. I plan to buy more of these in different colors. I have attached photos of the item for reference.

Ditch the bra pad inserts, yikes
Although I like the color of this sports bra, I think the appearance would be be improved with better bra pad inserts and straps that you can tighten a bit for some extra support. The straps don’t give enough support for a larger chest, and the bra pad inserts are worse (or at least much more visible) than other sports bras I’ve tried and liked. Visually, it reminded me of that scene with Regina George and the cut-up tank top. I removed the inserts and it looks better, but it’s still not a win. I would suggest staying away from this if you have a larger chest. The XXL fit, but I usually wear an XL, so I would size up if you do decide to try it. The color is a nice, pale pink.

Cute sports bra!
This sports bra looks great on and the liner is sewn in which is WONDERFUl! I remember the removable ones that always got bent up or moved around when I moved. The bra stays in place nicely and gives a lift as well. It washed well and came out perfectly. I use garment bags. I happen to be top heavy and wouldn’t wear this to run personally as I require something woth more coverage for that, and less movement. For smaller ladies however, I think this would be just fine.bi love it for yoga and weight lifting.
