Very nice, but the straps are way too long
This is a nice sports bra, but I would not say it’s high impact. The baby pink color is beautiful. I’m 5’4” 135 pounds and a 34B and ordered the medium based on the size chart. It’s comfortable but the straps are too long. I would hesitate to go down to the small as then it would probably be too tight under the arms and the bottom band. If the straps were adjustable, it would make this fit perfectly and give better support. As it stands, I would not wear this for running without a tank or other shirt over it. It does not give enough support on its own due to the straps being too long. For reference, I wear a Medium in the Nike Swoosh, Tek Gear brand and Under Armor sports bras.

Workout, Pilates, every day and this workout bra is supportive and stays in place.

Very comfortable and nice bra. If your breast are on the smaller side or are naturally well supported this bra will be great. If your breast are heavier or sag this bra is not the support you need for workouts. The bra is nice and snug when you first put it on but as the day wears on and the weight of your breast pulls down on the bra it will stretch and not provide the same support as when you first put it on. If you sweat during your workout this bra will absorb the sweat but it will not dry quickly. Worked out, went to coffee with friends after, came home and bra is still sweat soaked. This would be the perfect lounge bra as the comfort level is high. Great sports bra if you do not need consistent support and bounce protection.

The size is a little small for me and tight but I gave them to my granddaughter and they fit her well. I should say that they are comfortable and soft to wear. I will order for a bigger size.

Not for Big Chested Women
This bra is comfortable but not for the big chested ladies. I wear a 36DD and ordered a Large. It did not hold up when doing any kinds of HIIT exercises. I’m sad. But I’ll keep it just to wear it around the house for cleaning.
