BEST heating pad!! Soft, gigantic, customizable heat settings … the whole shebang.
This is an amazing heating pad. Works great: super soft, has six settings, and the sheer size of it is my favorite thing. I like to turn it on a lower heat, like 3 or 4, at bedtime on the 2-hour setting just to get cozy. But the main way I use it is for menstrual cramps—it has been a godsend for relieving abdominal, low back, and leg cramps that come with the not-so-friendly monthly “friend.”After having mine for almost a year, a coil or wire on the inside got damaged somehow and it suddenly started flashing “F” on the remote’s screen. I tried unplugging it from the wall and disconnecting the pad from the cord (which is what they recommend trying on the product page of Pure Enrichment’s website) … but no dice. Tried it several times and the issue did not resolve.So I called Pure Enrichment customer service, and they were the BEST. (I don’t give that compliment out lightly.)I told them what happened, gave them my Amazon order number, and the agent said they would have a new one sent out right away (via Amazon for faster shipping). There’s a five-year manufacturer warranty on this heating pad, so barring something like “I accidentally left it too close to the fireplace and it went up in flames!” … I think they’d be very generous if replacing it for you. As long as you’re doing so ethically and honestly.Oh, and my dad got one for himself. It helps him with tight back muscles and he really likes his too. He hasn’t had any issues with his.Hope this review is helpful!

Nice heating pad
What a nice heating pad! it’s nice and wide so it wraps around my back to my sides. and it is certainly hot enough! I can’t do the highest head and even the next level down is too warm sometimes! really helps my back. It has an auto shutoff too which has saved me!

Comfortable, plush, perfect size, auto shutoff heating pad!
This heating pad is easy to set up and operate, right out of the box, so it’s really functional! It can be used for dry heat, and moist. The heating pad is durable, washable, and it’s a perfect size and weight! The quality of the pad is lush and comfortable, isn’t too thick or thin, and doesn’t slide around or off easily. The auto shutoff feature rounds out all of the positive features of this heating pad!

Pros and Cons
Here’s the good stuff. It’s large and it heats up quickly. I can’t even use the higher setting, because it gets hot. That was something other ones that I looked at complained about. You will be nice and toasty. The size is great! It covers my whole back vertically!The issue that I have right away is the plug that goes into the heating pad. There is nowhere to put it when I lay on it vertically. It digs into my body and is very uncomfortable. It looks like I have to resort to using it horizontally only, which means I can’t do my entire back at the same time.

My favorite heat pack!
This is the 3rd heat pack I’ve purchased. As a girly with chronic pain, I have one of these at every place I tend to relax in. I like that they are larger to cover more surface area, and are worth it for the price in my opinion. They are very soft to where I can have one in bed and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to lay on. These get nice and hot on the max setting which is very nice. One thing that I love about these is that they will automatically turn off after 2 hours, but you have the option to turn that setting off so that it will stay on for as long as you want (which I feel a lot of heat packs don’t typically have that option). I’ve used these almost daily for several years for my pain and are definitely a necessity for me. I highly recommend them!

This is my second one and I highly recommend. Great quality and heat levels. My first one lasted 5 years until my dog had an accident on it.

F error at 11 months of daily use
I had it for 11 months before it gave me the F error & died.it didn’t get as hot as my “old” heating pad (the kind you used before safety features were a thing), but it did get pretty hot. it was sort of unreliable in that you didn’t know if it was gonna get hot hot when you asked it to or start to heat up then cool off before it ever made it to hot hot. that was pretty annoying.one side is really sodt, the other side with the warnings printed on it is pretty scratchy in my opinion. when it worked well it worked well. i put my heating pads through a lot. i traveled with this one, i’m guessing i snapped a wire or something. still, for the amount of money it costs i expected more. this could be a good purchase for the occasional heating pad user.

Good quality, reliable brand
There are so many negative reviews for heating pads so I bought this brand based on reviews and a previous product I have from them. It works as expected. The pad is flexible and doesn’t have any feel of wires which you find in cheap brands. I use it for sore muscles and to briefly heat my bed in winter. One criticism is the on/off button is not easily distinguished on the controls so you have to be able to see if the control is upside down and find the button.
