A relaxing soak that actually eases tensionI added a couple of handfuls to a warm bath and the salts dissolved quickly without leaving gritty residue. The lavender scent is gentle and helped me switch off, especially when my legs felt tired. Muscles felt looser after the soak and sleep came a bit easier that night. It felt like a proper recovery bath rather than just scented salt.

At first I thought these epsom salts weren’t for me because they say they are for pregnancy and it is a very long time ago that I was pregnant! However, after reading the description there is nothing in these that make them unsuitable for anyone who enjoys a relaxing soak, so I decided to try them.I am a regular user of epsom salts and these are the best ones I have tried. They smell beautiful and the addition of the coconut oil left my skin feeling soft and nourished. I found the bath very relaxing and I slept well afterwards. However, I can only give 4 stars due to the price which is currently £21. These seems excessive considering that you only get enough for about 3 baths. Having said that they would be a lovely treat for a mum to be.

These bath salts may be aimed at pregnant women, but the high quality makes them suitable for anyone looking for a relaxing soak.The lavender fragrance is noticeable as soon as you open the bag and fills the bathroom beautifully once it hits the water.The fine Epsom salts, blended with lavender and coconut oil, dissolve easily under running water. After my bath, my skin felt nourished and calmed, and the soak really helped ease the weariness of a long day. It’s a lovely addition to my bedtime routine.The only downside for me is the price. At £21.00 (price at time of review), I personally feel it’s on the expensive side.Individual experiences will vary.

As someone who likes to soak in the bath with a good book to wind down, it’s amazing to find pregnancy friendly bath salts to use to help with muscle soreness, skin smoothness and overall relaxation! Reasonable price for both the amount and quality; clean information about what is in this so you can ensure they are safe to use and the dose is clear. Recommend.

I picked up this bath salt mainly for muscular tension and to help with skin elasticity. The bath itself was incredibly relaxing — I soaked for almost two hours with no irritation at all, which is impressive for a product like this. The salts dissolve well and there’s no strong scent, which I appreciate.However, shortly after getting out of the bath, my sciatic nerve flared up a few times over the next few hours. I can’t say for sure if it was related to the salts or just a coincidence, but the timing was amusing… and slightly unfortunate.I used about a third of the bag in one bath, so I still have enough left for two more sessions. Once I’m feeling better (currently on painkillers!), I’ll give it another try.Overall, a calming soak, gentle on the skin, but the price is on the higher side.
