A real good Fresh Cut Grass EO
This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this Fresh Cut Grass fragrance oil & I would definitely rebuy it again IF the price doesn’t get too crazy. Of the fresh cut grass fragrance oils I’ve bought so far which isn’t a ton but more than a few, THIS has the best grass scent of everything I’ve tried & it is the most potent. However it’s not super strong at all & I do think this should be made MORE potent so you don’t lose the scent when diluting in diffusers, making lotions, soaps, etc. There are a LOT of VERY weak scented fragrance oils labeled as Fresh Cut Grass that become unnoticeable after diluting even a little bit in recipes or even after applying directly so you definitely have to try several to test out which are the best grass scented & the most potent so they don’t evaporate. This actually goes for ALL imitation fragrance oils as they are no where near as potent as therapeutic/medicinal grade EO’s which are naturally very concentrated & have an entirely different feel than imitation fragrance oils.This is NOT 1 of the cheapest priced fragrance oils either & you don’t get a lot for your $$$. It’s too bad these aren’t priced better or that they don’t give you MORE for your $$$ because you have to use quite a lot of these grass oils to get the desired effect in your formulation.For all The GAP Grass fans this was also probably the closest I’ve found so far. It’s not an exact match but close, maybe a bit more floral scented than GAP Grass. I did order a cucumber scented EO by Essential Essence also w/a green label, that isn’t the best cucumber scent I’ve ever smelled but it has a fresh clean slightly outdoorsy type scent so if you add a few drops of it to this Fresh Cut Grass fragrance oil it comes a little closer to smelling like The GAP’s Grass perfume. Maybe play around with/better cucumber & other grass scents, even other fresh smelling outdoor type scents or possibly even a light musk scent, adding just a drop at a time to the grass oil until you feel like you’re happy w/the outcome. Just food for thought.@TheGAP #TheGAP WHY don’t you do us all the ginormous favor of brining our beloved Grass perfume, lotion, body spray + candles back?? You’d have never ending gobs of Grass fans ready to buy tons of it!!

I am using the scent in a reed diffuser in the bathroom to recreate a scent that is discontinued by Bath and Body Works.

These guys make some of the best essential oils. I usually buy different packs per the season. Not all are super awesome to me, as smell is subjective, however; they smell like exactly what they say they are and I can see how people love them. For example, most synthetic lavender smells I don’t like and make me sick to my stomach. That’s just a me think. Most cedar essentials oils smell like 7-11 dirty mop water. If you know, you know. But, this stuff smells great. Now, cedar does not smell very strong in essential oil diffusers. I don’t not use cedar in that way. I have other oils for that.
