Great shorts, so comfortable
I love these shorts, they are so comfortable and soft, the material is great. I ordered my regular size, but I definately could have gone down a size as recommended. There is alot of stretch in the material, and they hit right above the knee, perfect. However, the pant leg is kinda wide, but I wear a long slimming cami with it. The pockets aren’t great either, they are way too small. I bought both the black and the white ones since I liked them so much. Hoping they will shrink a bit in the dryer. Very flattering, love them.

I’ve seen this brand on TV, and the sellers promote sizing down one size from our usual. I did go down a size, and these fit great. The length and rise are comfortable, and the material is soft and no see-through. The price was reasonable for these shorts as the line itself is pricey but with great reviews.

I absolutely love these bermudas. It can always be a guess when you order something online but these are a winner. Stretchiness where it needs to be. Comfortable beyond words. The fabric is so so soft but still has a foundation to it. So comfortable. I am 5’2″ 118 lbs and the length and ride is right on. I could not be happier. They are going to be great with sneakers AND wedgies.

So, So disappointed in these! I normally LOVE NYDJ shorts, but not only are these a heavy material, but are a BEAR to iron. Don’t let the lower price fool you – buy the real thing.

Classic Style
After selecting the full priced article, a notification popped up that it might be available at a lower price. One option was Amazon Warehouse at at greatly reduced price described as “very good condition; showing evidence of having been tried on.” The Amazon Prime benefits for free shipping and returns applied so I decided that I had nothing to lose. The item was pristine with all of the tags and no evidence of being worn. I love these Bermuda shorts — very classic styling and long enough to be flattering to older women. I always wear a size 4 in NYDJ pants and these fit perfectly. The only cricicism I have is that the material tends to stretch quite a bit with wear. The material is not the same quality as NYDJ that I purchase in the department store but I only wear these for golf so I don’t have a major issue. After washing, the garment goes back to the original fit.

Size does matter.
As the company states in their write up, they suggest you order one size smaller than you normally do. I was skeptical, but since others agreed, I ordered accordingly and the fit is perfect. They are very comfortable. Where they missed the boat, with me, is I ordered white and they are not as thick as I hoped based on reviews. You can see everything…..including front panel . I did not return them as I wanted them for upcoming trip….just have to wear them with something that covers you to mid thigh.

Great cut, great fit, great quality.They fit large so size down one size at least!NOTE: avoid buying clothes from amazon. I recently had a terrible experience with a damaged pair of jeans: they refused to exchange them, had a rep literally hang up on me though I was being completely reasonable. BUY THESE SHORTS BUT BUY THEM FROM A BETTER RETAILER.

The material is thin. I must make sure to wear white or neutral underwear.NYDJ states: ” a slimming silhouette, thanks to our exclusive lift tuck technology that allows you to look and feel one size smaller”. Gimmick.These are the length I wanted, which is only reason I am keeping. My stomach looks as big as ever (no control panel) and my rear looks as flat as ever. Back pockets should have flaps, not be interior. Where is the “Lift tuck”???

This was made from flimsy material and the fit assumes that you have large thighs….they looked like riding pants on the outer thigh area. So if you do have bigger thighs perhaps this is a style for you.
