I do not usually post reviews however, when I tell you, I had this exact same blow dryer for years about three to be exact absolutely loved it and I’m the type of person who is not easy with their hair tools. I have dropped it and tossed it it’s gone on journeys with me. I was completely devastated when it finally quit working. I tried to find it again to re-purchase it, but it was unavailable so I had no other choice, but to buy a different hairdryer that only lasted about a year, so I was super excited to find this one again and placed my order it dries my hair very quickly and efficiently and leaves my hair shiny This is the one and only hair tool that I cannot live without.

Lasted 10 months
I purchased this 10 months ago. It just now stopped blowing hot air. Cold and Warm, but no Hot. I need hot to dry my hair. I like the hairdryer because it is lightweight and not super-loud. Admittedly, the buttons are in a fiddly position where you accidently hit something you don’t mean to, but I can live with that. But I need HOT air. So I just reordered one from Amazon; it came, and I am happy. I had kept the box the old one came in, and the Amazon receipt, so I sent it back under the 7 year warranty. Because I live in California, I did not have to include $10 with my return. It cost $l3 to mail it back to Texas. Hopefully, they’ll fix my dryer or replace it…we’ll see. I might not have returned it if I’d had to include the $10. That would have made me rather upset.UPDATE: I increased from 3 to 4 stars because they did send a replacement hairdryer, which makes me very happy. I will continue to buy these, hoping I don’t have to return, but if I do, it’s nice that they honor their warranty.

Light weight blow dryer
So glad I purchased- I had a top brand but there was no hanging cord and of course wire came through. This has hanging cord, such a blessing and easy fix. Light weight also a good point. Like the purple color. Has adjustable heat and air settings. I think my hair is better with shine and softness since I started using.

High setting will spark and get Hot then wont blow. On high speed
This blow dryer is one of my favorite, but the only thing is I’ve never had one of these brands hot tools go out on me so quickly. I only owned this blow dryer for six months and I had it on the hot setting and all the sudden there was sparks and then it just went down to like a Medium setting. I now have to throw it away because I cannot return it. My return window is closed so now I have to just throw it in the garbage and don’t replacement or no return which is a bummer.

My hair dryer quit working and I decide I wanted to replace it with a really good one. The Hot Tools Pro works great. Lots of styling tools and heat settings. The curved handle makes it easier to grip and style my hair.

PIK Doesn’t Work
With this item I was looking for a blow dryer with a comb attached to it, so I wouldn’t have to hold a brush in one hand and the blow dryer in the other hand any more. I would be able to focus more on the sections of my hair that I needed to dry.So when I found this item, I was very pleased that it came with the attachable comb as well- and the bonus part was it came in my favorite color, purple! After reading a few reviews and checking for better deals across the net, I decided this was the blow dryer I wanted to purchase.When I received my blow dryer I was extremely excited to put it to use; along with another product I purchased at the same time (another PR another time.). After washing my hair, I set up my station and begin to section off my hair so I could blow dry it. First thing first, I attached the comb piece onto the dryer and turned it on.Now, I have very thick, course hair, so I section my hair in small pieces so I can make sure every inch of my strands are dry.As soon as I placed the comb from the blow dryer on my hair, it pops off!Wait, what?Okay, maybe I attached it wrong. So I turn the dryer off, and play with the comb. It doesn’t click into the opening of the dryer, it just slides on and as I seen, easily slides right back off.Nooooo!This is not going to work for me. I pop it back on again and prayed that maybe it was the position I was holding it. when I turned it back on this time I held it slightly different and pulled the comb through my hair gently-POP!Once again, it fell off.That’s it.I leave the comb right well it fell, grab my brush and being working with both of my hands (Just as I didn’t want to do.).After I finish blow drying my hair I stare at the blow dryer.It’s so pretty, I’m thinking to myself, but it doesn’t work the way I need it to.Am I disappointed in my purchase? Highly!Did I return it?Sadly, no.I was desperately in need of a blow dryer for the last year and my last blow dryer didn’t have a attachable comb either. So I figured I was back to square one. Not worth $50 – handle is where two raised switches are, impossible not to move switches while using it, let alone during active styling. No screen over vent so it will suck and tear hair if too close. Temperature is low on highest setting and air flow is modest on high.Very disappointed.
