*** Update January 27*****I really like my Size Small corset waist trainer. I have been using it this month, and it is so comfortable. I wish they made a smaller size. I am at the tightest set of hooks and wonder what other brand I will have to switch to when my waist gets smaller. They do not have a size XS. This waist trainer and red light therapy have been the been the best ways to lose weight and reduce waist inches without dieting or exercising. It does reduce your appetite by compressing your stomach. I don’t count calories & eat when I am hungry.I think if you have 36 inch waist you should start with a Large or XL. I think a 27 inch waist is comfortable in a size small. From my experience it is not a good idea to get this waist trainer too tight. I am glad the size Large I got didn’t rip up my skin. You will brutalize and tear up your skin if it is too tight. Try to get a size that will give you good tight compression ( not TOO tight) and some level of comfort. I wear mine 4-8 hours a day and forget I am wearing it.I have been using this product in different sizes for 4 months. No complaints. Good price. It is not a good product for some people according to the reviews.They should try other products or another size for this product.*******************************It took me three months to give a complete review of this waist trainer. Personally, I think this waist trainer runs small. I noticed women larger and heavier than me selected smaller sizes. Yet, I had a difficult time just fitting into one. I selected my size based on reviews and the size chart. I realized that some of the reviews and size chart are not that accurate. I made do with the first one selected. It became a good fit as I lost weight. The waist trainer became loose. I ended up going down to size small in three months. I wear my waist trainer 4-8 hours every day. It is very comfortable. Sometimes I don’t notice it. It helps with my posture and decreases my appetite. I lost over six inches in my waist without exercising and no dieting. It is easy to wear under my clothes and blue jeans. I love the hooks to adjust the size to a tighter fit and the zipper & Velcro fasteners to secure the fit. I have recommended this waist trainer to others. The only suggestions I would give is to make it in a smaller size and less visible under clothes.

5’4 184 I ordered a xlarge should have gotten a XXL im sure i can get it on but I dont want to break a nail. So im going to keep amd ordered amd save this one for when I get smaller .The material is really nice.Im excited, hoping this help with my back pain too.Update i returned my xl for a XXL and the size difference was too big.I returned the XXL and got an xl and that was prefect. I dont have nails on anymore so it was easy to get into . I must say I think I could even slip into a large immm just saying…..it just depends how long you can stand being snatched for

i went off the sizing of what i normally would wear, but the size chart is different from the clothing i trpically get, and usually i get stuff that’s large enough thats not restricting.i didn’t measure ymself i just went off of what i had in my closet, and this item was like to amny sizes down from my clothing. so i couldn’t wear it, because im so remote in the coutnry i am also nable to goto the ups store to return it because i don’t have a car and the ups return place is 8 miles out of town, and im not giving amazon 8$ to send ups out here to pick up the item and not get a full refund.that being said it’s neoprene which is a nonforgiving fabric with absolutely 0 on flexibility or give.i was unable to use it,and all of that being said, it is a high quality piece, i would but from them again if i could afford to.i jsut cannot afford to keep ordering from amazon, i’ve already blown my budget for the month trng to get items that fit or as are described.

It Fits!!!
Received my belt and happy it fit on the first order! For reference, I’m 5’5 230 lbs. I read reviews and viewed the size chart to determine what size to order. The XXXL fit perfectly with the ability to connect the first hooks, zip it, and secure the straps. I definitely would recommend this product.

Pretty comfy if you wear a thin shirt under. I definitely recommend wearing something thin underneath. I had to lay down to get it on lol! But it’s definitely worth it 🙂

I just now received this waist trainer. According to the size chart & my current measurements, I could have ordered a 3X. I’m glad I went with the 4X because it was a stttaaarrrruggle to close. I had to kinda bunch it up to close it then wiggle into it. I’m 5’5″. It covers from under the breast down to my hips, so my entire torso is covered which is what I wanted. Don’t see the point of the ones that cover just a portion of the midsection. I could not zip it up unless the tabs were set to the tightest point, they’d just pop open. So not really adjustable there as it claims. I am able to comfortably although very erectly (lol) sit at my desk to work. No slouching! The support is nice and feels really good. I am able to breathe normally even while sitting. Took one star away because I think the sizing chart is off just a little. I guess the struggle to put it on could be considered a mini workout bonus! >^..^<

This did the job for me. Gave me a nice tight waistline. I also used it during exercises to prevent bulking or doming out of my belly, great for anyone suffering diastasis recti and working to bring their muscles back together. Can feel bulky but actually looked good under clothes but perhaps not under thin tight clothing as the Velcro wrap over the hooks would be visible outline.

This product is deceiving. Sizing is all wrong. Purchased a medium and received what looking like an extra small but unfortunately truly is their medium. Also nothing like the photo. Only has a single ribbing at the back, hard to zip (due to sizing) and Velcro straps are a quarter of the size shown in the image. Disappointed is an understatement. Tmaddz even laughed when I showed him bc of it’s ridiculousness🤣

Not at all what is advertised. Doesn’t have the clips, only a zip. It’s not even completely compressing. Looks far long than it actually is, it’s two tiny bands and the actual length of it is maybe 15cm? Not sure how that is an XXXL size but okay. I’m not even mad at how little compression there is, it’s more how short the thing is. Insane.

I got a size M and that what I normally am, and I’m telling you it’s the size of an XS very disappointing as now I’m going to have to return it and order another one!! Absolutely a joke!!!!!! Order a size up, it wouldn’t even go around my stomach!!!!
