Strong scent but lovely lotion!
Love the scent but if you don’t like strong scents, hempz isn’t the brand for you. I love the brand and this has become one of my new favorite scents.

This us the BEST lotion! It leaves my skin fresh all day long with natural scents that are clean and bright. Nothing cloying, musty, or artificial smelling. The nice container makes this worthy for gift giving. Maybe just give yourself a treat!

I hate it! It smells like something that should NOT be put in, near, or on your body at all. It is so pungently, sweetly, sickly, chemically, yucky. Like if you rubbed a car air freshener on your body. I hate it! In short, lotion good. Smell bad.

The smell is just too strong for me
I usually love Hempz but this was so strong and overwhelming. Was hoping for a nice soft smell but this one was truly overpowering. I didn’t care for it. And I could hardly smell the apple in it at all. I love Hempz brand, but not this one. Remember scents is personal opinion, so if you love strong caramel smell then this might be for you! Wasn’t for me. But I do this works magic in helping dry skin and making your skin feel soft. Hempz lotion has never made me feel oilly or greasy either. So I guess what I am saying is, I recommend the brand but not really this one in particular. I love the gardenia and apple blossom more than this.

I ordered the Hempz Caramel Candy Apply Body Moisturizer. I’ve always loved Hempz and was so excited to try their new holiday line, but sadly this scent didn’t quite meet my expectations.First off, just like all Hempz moisturizers, the formula is amazing. I have dry skin and struggle with psoriasis, but this doesn’t care any irritation, burning sensation or flare ups. It actually leaves my skin feeling (and looking) moisturized without being totally absorbed within minutes. It’s lightweight and doesn’t sit heavy on the skin or feel greasy. Plus, the holiday packaging is so cute and looks great on the counter.The scent is where I’m a little confused. The apple notes are fruity and juicy at first, but quickly fades and turns to a overly sweet scents of pure sugar. I do enjoy sweet fragrances so I do enjoy using this, but I had expected stronger and longer lasting apple notes.
