I love it very especially during winter time. I used this at work to keep me warm especially my hands. Not hot and very comfortable to use. I am liking it so much. It is auto shut off after two hours and no worry for you if you forgot to turn it off. Good Heating pad quality and the heat level is great…

Does NOT get hot. It gets warm! If you need hot, this is NOT the one. At least they refunded my money.

Won’t stay on
I have tried two of these thinking maybe the first one was just a flop but this one has seemed to be a flop as well. I used it once it heated up fine. Went to use it the next day and wouldn’t stay on. I would not recommend this product.
