Very useful and comfortable
I bought it recently and it has exceeded my expectations. It is quite large, so it covers the back or abdomen well and helps with cramps. It heats up quickly and has several temperature levels, so you can adjust it according to what you need. The material is soft and pleasant to the touch; it does not feel plastic or uncomfortable. It also has automatic shutdown, so I don’t worry if I fall asleep. I have used it both for muscle pain and to relax after a long day, and it has worked very well for me. I recommend it.

Comfortable and effective heating pad
This heating pad is very comfortable and provides good coverage for the back and neck. It heats up quickly and has several temperature settings. I’ve used it for muscle aches and menstrual cramps, and it’s very practical for home use. The material is soft and easy to handle; I used it as soon as it arrived

Soft, large enough for backs and other body parts, may not provide enough heat for your liking.
This oversized heating pad is large enough to use anywhere you need relief, especially large areas like your back. Its soft on both sides and offers 6 heat settings plus a timer to make sure you don’t overdo it. It’s very flexible so it’s easy to wrap around body parts, but the extra length can be problematic if you need relief in a small area.I used this most recently for some lower back pain relief. I used it horizontally as I did not want to heat my entire spine so there was almost 12″ on each side that wasn’t in contact with my back. It’s not necessarily a problem but that extra pad uses energy and could heat up your chair or bed and you might not want that.In my opinion, while I set it to maximum (level 6) it did not feel that hot. I realize there is a danger that heating pads can be too hot and burn your skin, but to me, it was not quite enough. Your heat tolerance may be different.

Great heating pad soft, long, and warms up quickly!
I really like this heating pad. It’s large enough to cover my back completely and also works great for my neck and shoulders. The fabric is very soft and comfortable against the skin. It heats up fast and distributes the warmth evenly. I also love that it has an automatic shut off timer, which makes it safe to use if I fall asleep.Another plus is the extra-long cord it gives me more flexibility to use it anywhere without needing to sit too close to an outlet. Overall, it’s well-made, effective.

This heating pad is huge and really covers my whole back, which makes a big difference compared to smaller pads.
