Update 11/12/2025: company reached out and processed a refund, what a lovely surprise. I recommend this.This necklace was so beautiful and real looking at first. I wore this to my vacation to Vegas, wearing it every day as well as in the shower and pool/hot tubs. It tarnished around the 5th day the gold completely came off a large part of the chain it just looks like a rusty chain and I fear I did throw it away in the hotel trash upon noticing.
