Wonderful Scent and Very Affordable
I have been a user of essential oils for over 15 years now and used to even be a distributor for one of the “more elite” brands until someone introduced me to a few other brands, so I know essential oils work.I had not heard of this brand before, so I did some research and I found out more about the company and the founder on YouTube and was very happy with what I heard. I really like that Puneet, the founder, is all about giving back and also about going directly to the source of where he is getting his oils ingredients. One thing he emphasizes is that he personally tests the batches of oils and he keeps his prices lower because he wants more people to see the benefits of using essential oils. He said that he pays the farmers a fair wage and also his employees and I believe him.His motto is “From Farm to Bottle” and what that means is that there are no other fillers or ingredients in the oils to make them less effective or cheap and after smelling the calming sleep oil, I can see that.I used the oil in my humidifier last night and the scent was very calming but not overpowering. My husband and I really liked it and I’m super glad that the bottle is large because I can see using this oil in a light massage, on my pillow and in my other diffusers and humidifiers.I can’t wait to try some of the other oils now, especially peppermint because that helps with a lot of things like migraines.

I love all things GuruNanda! I am not sure that this necessarily helps with sleep and I do wish it had better instructions on how to take or where to put it etc. But I do love the oil, the smell, etc! It was definitely relaxing!!

A little expensive, but smells nice.
It’s basically like any other essential oil I’ve purchased and used for oil diffusers or scent-dispersing air purifiers. Since this is a “sleep” and “calming” oil I put it into the air purifier next to the bed, but I never really notice any of the physical effects it is supposed to have on you.But it smells nice and I like having just a little bit in the air purifier for a subtle lavender scent. Though I’d get this on on sale specifically.Also, it is a normal dripper bottle, but seems to drip at a normal rate (I know some that drip way too fast and some you have to shake to get anything out). This one is a little slow, but still drips within a reasonable rate.

Just the right stregnth lavender smell
This is a high-quality, pure and genuine lavender oil. The smell for me was pretty strong, since I am not normally a essential oil user outside of the occasional use as an air freshener.I do have issues falling asleep and while the lavender did produce a calming effect (possible just placebo effect from my own expectations), I did not notice much difference in how it helped me sleep. I tried it via droplets on my pillow and bed sheets. The bottle has a droplet lid built into the spout, so all you have to do is shake it like a bottle of hot sauce and it’ll put out a drop or two each shake.A few drops is enough to last through the night until I fall asleep. As an extra benefit, this seems to be keeping the bugs away too.

Wonderful night time sleeping oil
I’ve tried a lot of nighttime essential oils, but this one is on a completely different level. The aroma is incredibly soothing, soft lavender with a hint of chamomile and sandalwood, and it fills my room with the perfect calming atmosphere for winding down. I’ve been sleeping deeper and falling asleep faster since I started using it.I love that it’s made with 100% pure essential oils and comes in a sturdy amber glass bottle that keeps everything fresh. In Puneet (GuruNanda founder) I trust – just research the company for all the details but this is another high quality product from them.I add this to my diffuser at night and it really helps my menopausal self get better sleep. I usually start out up before my bedtime routine and then read for about 20-30 minutes and it makes a huge difference. I’ve used it on my pillow when traveling or at home as well and really see a difference when I don’t use it so that tells me it works and it’s not just in my head!If your new to essential oils this one is a must have and try- look up all the ways it can be used!
