In May of 2025 as I was curling my lashes I had a muscle spasm and ripped half of my upper lashes out. I was devastated and immediately searched for a serum and this had the best reviews. I started using it daily as soon as it was delivered.This stuff is AH-MAZING! For real it saved me and my lashes grew back, much quicker than I thought as well! Plus they grew back fuller and so much longer! I constantly get asked where I get my lash extensions and I proudly say they’re all mine and share info about this amazing product! I will no be without this stuff!!!Here’s are photos of my progression. I’m still blown away!

this works very well as long as you’re consistent, i use it morning and night and there are my results after 7 weeks, but i definitely noticed a difference after like 2 or 3 weeks, they look even better in person i swear. not only are my lashes longer, but i feel like new ones are growing in too! i used to use revitalash and loved it but it’s just more expensive and i feel like this one gives me the same results. i would say the only downside is that it might darken your eyelids a little but thats not really concern for me personally. i’d definitely recommend this product to those who want quick results! I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price.First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn’t burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it’s surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent).Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient).The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I’m giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer.Hope this helps!

This works!!
I had some breakage on my left eye’s lashes, so I ordered this serum. After only a few weeks (3ish), I could tell they were growing back. After 8 weeks, all of my lashes are thicker, darker and longer! This stuff works! (I will say, it does irritate the lash line a bit, but I do have sensitive skin. It wasn’t bad enough that I needed to stop using it. A little itchy, a little red.)

Worth it
It works! I had bald spots already cause I was losing a lot of eyelashes, I was worried that I might waste money on a high quality product that may not work, but it did. It grew my eyelashes back, they’re now long and thick.It does get your eyes red, so be careful and cautious when applying the serum, it does irritate your eyes red. But overall, it’s a really good product and it’s worth it.

Lash Enhancing SerumEin echter Geheimtipp für längere, dichtere und kräftigere Wimpern 💫. Das Serum lässt sich mit dem feinen Pinsel präzise am Wimpernkranz auftragen und zieht schnell ein. Ich benutze es seit mehreren Wochen regelmäßig abends, und schon nach etwa drei bis vier Wochen habe ich deutliche Veränderungen bemerkt – meine Wimpern wirken länger, geschwungener und fallen seltener aus. Es brennt nicht, selbst bei empfindlichen Augen, und lässt sich problemlos mit anderen Pflegeprodukten kombinieren. Die Flasche ist hochwertig, und eine kleine Menge reicht völlig aus, sodass sie wirklich lange hält. Natürlich ist der Preis etwas höher, aber die Wirkung spricht für sich. Für mich ein Must-have, wenn man auf natürliche Weise volle Wimpern möchte 💖.
