Felt rage from “minor” defiance…

Watched yourself repeat patterns you promised to end…

That’s not failure.

This powerful 8-week guided journal will help you:

Identify the childhood experiences behind your biggest triggers

Understand your nervous system’s role in reactivity

Create new neural pathways that end unconscious parenting patterns

Heal the parts of you that sabotage the parent you want to be

Build the emotional foundation your child needs to feel safe, seen, and secure

  1. Amy Molden Park

A must have for any parent looking for a more harmonious relationship with their kids
This book has been truly transformational for my parenting journey. As the mom of four littles under age six, I found myself yelling and losing my patience often. After working through this journal, I truly understand the answer to more peaceful parenting and therefore more peaceful children and home, lies within. The author takes you through step by step healing in eight sections, making it easy to go at your own pace. She provides simple, thoughtful reflections for each exercise, making it realistic and applicable to daily parenting challenges.I would recommend this to any parent looking to understand themselves and their children in a more profound, introspective, and at the same time practical way.

    A must for all parents
This is absolutely life changing work. Not just for ourselves and our children but for generations to come. Reem takes such a holistic look into why we parent the way we do and helps us form new ways by giving ourselves compassion for what we did not receive. Every parent should be required to do this work! This is a very approachable way to begin looking within so we can raise emotionally and mentally strong children. They deserve this.

  3. Marissa.Ventura3

    Powerful and easy to understand
Be prepared to HEAL. This journal goes deep and really makes you understand why you do what you do, based on your past. There are beautiful strategies to utilize to overcome destructive patterns and behaviors. This book allows us to be better parents and leave a legacy of excellence to the next generation.

  4. Hansonl24

Be a better version of yourself with this book!
A gem. This book is small in size, but big in content! If you’re looking to heal yourself of childhood trauma, maybe you don’t even know that you’re still suffering, this book will give you the guidance you need. By healing yourself, you’ll be a more compassionate and patient parent.

  5. MK & Tyler Hammond

    Wonderful book
This has been helpful so far. I worked through week one so far. I am so ready to heal the generational trauma, so I can be a better mother to my two boys.

  6. Damara Kalyta

This isn’t an informative book, it’s a journal. You need to have an extensive understanding of your childhood experience and exactly how it impacts you today, and simply desire some writing prompts and somewhere to write about it to yourself, in order for this book to be useful for you. If you’re not there yet and looking for a book to help you achieve that understanding, this is not the book for you. If you are there, maybe just buy an empty notebook. It would be cheaper.
