Nice working hair straightener
I got this for my wife because her straightener was on the fritz. It heats up well and she has no issue using it to flatten/straighten hair. The cord is long enough and it works well for her needs. Her hair is shiny, smooth and straight after use.

Worth the money
Works great for the money . Not sure why it’s listed as works from wet to dry hair though. As the instructions specifically state to make sure hair is completely dry. I’m not willing to chance burning my hair to tryIt out though. But over all it works great.

Decent Product with Obvious Design Shortcomings
This hair straightener works alright, but is more difficult to use than it should be due to badly placed, unintuitive controls. Firstly, the controls are digital which means that plugging the straightener in can not be used as a shortcut for turning it on (there is no mechanical switch you can leave in the ‘on’ position), plugging it in always starts the digital switch in the ‘off’ position. This is probably a safety feature, but I found it annoying. Especially given that the touch-type buttons that control the power and temperature selection are slim and are located on the INSIDE of the handles about an inch or so from the hot plates — they are difficult to see without deliberately angling the thing to look and impossible to use one-handed. The final control is the lock to keep the handles closed- it is located at the very end (near the cord) and was low-profile enough that I almost overlooked it entirely.All of the design issues of the controls aside, the plates do heat up quickly and seem to maintain their temperature well. I haven’t experienced any of the problems with my hair getting caught in the straightener like other reviews have mentioned — the ceramic glided smoothly and did a good job straightening and imparting shine to my hair.While I do like the accessories that it’s packaged with — I’ve never had a silicone protective mat for a straightener or curling iron before, and it feels like a revelation now that I’ve tried this one — I really wish they’d spent more time actually looking at how the device would be used. Overall, I would say that this is a decent product for the price, but you may want to buy a more premium product with better controls.

Functional flat iron!
This is a great flat iron to have, especially with the bonus of the wet-to-dry aspect! It works perfectly, just like you would expect from a flat iron. The design and heat levels are equal to other irons and is easy to use to straighten and smooth your hair. Some people have complained about the controls being on the inside of the iron, but my expensive brand iron is the same way so I’m used to that. I could see how that would be inconvenient for some people, especially those with fine motor control issues or larger hands. Overall, at the price point of $49.99 I think it’s comparable to other brands, and with the current 40% discount is a steal.

nice flat iron, good for travel
This is a nice flat iron and it heats up quickly, which makes styling easy. The floating ceramic plates glide smoothly without tugging, and I like that you can use it to straighten or curl. It’s lightweight, has an LED display, and the dual voltage makes it great for travel.I can’t speak for the wet‑to‑dry feature because I don’t feel comfortable using heat on damp hair, so I only use it on fully dry hair. Used that way, it works well and gives a clean, smooth finish.The included silicone mat is a helpful bonus, and the price is ok for what you get. A good flat iron overall if you prefer styling on dry hair.

Curls really well
Finally! A flat iron that works well to curl my hair. I have naturally curly hair that I blow dry straight before curling it with a flat iron. My current flat iron is getting worn out and no longer glides smoothly over my hair. I have been searching for a replacement, but up until now, none have properly curled my hair. This Meibeazon Flat Iron does an excellent job of curling my hair. Once I run my fingers through the curls to break them up, they look natural and soft. The flat iron glides smoothly over my hair without catching. I love how easy it is to use. The controls are on the inside of the handle, which I actually prefer. Most hair tools place the controls on the outside of the handle, where the settings are accidentally changed during use. The control placement on the inside of the handle completely prevents that from happening. The flat iron has ceramic plates. I love that it is dual voltage because I travel internationally. It comes with a silicone mat to protect the countertop or other surfaces from being damaged by the heat. It also includes two hair clips, which I use to section my hair during styling. The flat iron is currently priced at $49.99 prior to a 50% off coupon. I think the final price is a bargain.
