Love the coat
I like this coat from the first time I saw it. It fits well and looks good on the quality is good the length is just right and it’s warm I would buy again fits true size it smells good love the coat

Amazing Trench!
I absolutely love this trench. It’s SUCH nice quality for the price you pay. It felt nice and heavy. It wasn’t some flimsy coat. The length is perfect, and the color was pretty on par with the images shown. I wore it all throughout my honeymoon in Japan and loved it!

Great coat I would size up
Really loved this coat. Thinner side but still a nice looking coat. I bought following the size chart. I had to rerun because of this. I should have bought a medium vs a small. Other than that great overall.

Size up if you plan on wearing thicker shirts
I wasnt sure if this would be as cute as the picture. But it is. I bought a medium and the fit is true to size if you plan on wearing sweaters I would size up so you have a little more room to move. All in all super cute and I love the gray color. I would like to purchase another color you can’t go wrong with this coat.

Amazing trench!
Gorgeous, well lined and heavy coat! Loved everything about it! I used to have a similar London Fog and honestly this material drapes so much better! I’m 5’7 inches and weigh about 128 pounds (i got a Small). It left plenty of room for bulky sweaters underneath.Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. A true classic at a bargain basement price! It even arrived a day earlier than expected!

Came rolled in a ball in a clear plastic baggie.
The coat itself is really well made and nice weight to the fabric, and I like the fit. But… the sloppy rumpled up wrinkled messy way it was shipped literally rolled up & shoved tightly into a clear thin plastic bag!? At 89.00 + S&H? Not cheap. I was excited to recieve it. Wow. Disappointed. Can’t get the deep wrinkles out! It’s a beautiful coat. But I’m going to need to return. Sadly. I’m considering reordering, and hope a “New, well packed & shipped” identical coat arrives.

too many errors! do not ask for video or photo, it is after all your error.
i ordered a rain coat size large. what i got was a garment so small it can not be buttoned and the sleeves are past the wrist, half way middle of the arm i also didnot see pleats on the back of the garment. i do not like those pleats. there is not size tag, so i can’t tell what size i got. come on , it gets old having to return so many things..additionally now you want photos or a video. i should not have to prove a thing. it is your error!.. this is the second coat i have tried to purchase with no success. i am tired.

Sizes are way off…
This is a really nice coat, it is rather heavy, the color is true the length is great, the value for the money is a bit questionable only because the functioality is a problem – it is the size! There is one thing that is off on this beauty, I actually bought an XL following the size chart and because I knew I was going to put some heavy duty sweaters under it, wanted that spacious feel for the comfort. Well, as soon as I put my arms out stretched instantly could feel across the shoulders and the arms it was not going to work for a sweater at all. I returned it, and instantly went back over to order the 2XL. Goodness, it feels exactly the same. There is no difference what so ever. This is not okay, just imagine driving while wearing this coat. It is very difficult to say the least. It saddens me because of all the trouble to get this second one to have the exact same problem. Therein lies the problem with purchasing China clothing, they just are not Americans size, they cannot comrehend the difference between what is large to them is small to us… For these reasons I cannot recommend this coat unless you are a very small framed person order two sizes up, and it should fit especially, if you want room for wearing sweaters.

The jacket is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a trench coat. The quality is above any other trench coat that I have purchased. It’s exactly like the picture. Some people are stating that the epaulettes are too big. They are not, you need to iron them and they will fall perfectly on the shoulders.

I love this trench coat. Perfect length for me, and it has the panel at the back, which I really like. There is only one problem. I cannot get the wrinkles out of the coat. I hung it in the bathroom, hoping the wrinkles would go with the shower steam. It has been weeks, and they are still there. I used my steamer, without luck. And though I did not wear it yet, and it has been hanging in the bathroom, dust and cat hair cling to it. I’m bummed out.

This jacket is gorgeous material isn’t cheap style is great BUT both sash ties were torn and there was no sash included in the package?!So disappointing was hoping to use this on an upcoming business trip, but no more sizes in navy and I’m of two minds to reorder and pay shipping twice
