Really keeps mosquitoes and bugs out of your face
Bugs were driving me crazy when I was gardening or working outside. This hat looks a little goofy but it keeps the bugs at bay, and the screen is long enough that nothing gets on your neck either. You can use the drawstring to cinch it tighter if you need extra protection from bugs that might get underneath.

GREAT HAT
This is a great hat! it incorporates the mesh and hat in one. The mesh length is perfect (long enough to reach your collar bone) as I am tall and it covers completely. Hat is also very lightweight. Happy I purchased!

Light colored netting obscures view in sunlight.
I got the tan-colored hat. It works okay against bugs, but if you’re going to be moving around, it’s unsafe to wear in bright sunlight–simply because you can’t see through it.

Good product. Happy with it…and happy getting the flies off my face! I think I’d get the olive green version if purchasing again, just to better suit the natural environment (in terms of not hindering vision a little).

It may not be a great looking item to wear out but it makes working in the yard with all the flies around so much nicer.Look like a bee keeper and lots of side looks about how silly you may be, but at least those flies are gone.
