Honestly, this pillow is very comfortable. It’s soft but still firm enough to support my face and neck without feeling flat. I’ve used it for resting face down and relaxation, and it really helps relieve pressure.The material feels good quality and holds its shape well. It’s not cheap foam. A bit bulky, but overall totally worth it for the comfort.

This pillow is firm enough to keep your head up but soft enough to be comfortable. It’s also much cheaper that buying a massage table or something of the other contraption options, you have to make sure it’s positioned correctly so you can actually breathe. And for me, it is not the way it looks in the picture.

This is a very comfortable pillow, I love the design. It provides excellent support for the face and head, it’s great for sleeping on your stomach, and excellent for massages. The shape helps reduce pressure on the face and eyes, and when my child threw up on it, I was able to remove the cover easily for cleaning. The navy blue color looks great, and the pillow feels durable.

I bought this pillow so I could sleep on my stomach and also for my massages, and it’s truly been wonderful. The shape of the hollow is perfect; it doesn’t bother my face and allows me to breathe easily. The material is soft, firm yet comfortable, and it maintains its shape very well without flattening.I’ve used it several times and it doesn’t cause neck pain or eye pressure, something that did happen with other pillows. The cover is removable and washable, which is a bonus.If you sleep on your stomach, have had surgery, or simply want to relax better on your massage table, this pillow is totally worth it. Lo compré porque a mi esposa la operaron de un ojo y la recomendación era mantenerse boca abajo, muy incómodo ya que tres meses la habían operado del otro ojo, y buscando en Amazon encontré y lo ordené ayer martes lo utilizo y es una maravilla soy médico y lo probé incluso para descansar boca abajo incluso dormir está muy fisiológico tiene una abertura por abajo donde permite la ventilación y evita que la persona se sienta con falta de aire LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE
