The directions said to apply to a clean cotton pad, I am lazy & just spritzed it directly onto my face, lol. I use it after my cleanser & eye cream and follow with my serum in my morning beauty regime. I would say that it isn’t drying, nor too hydrating – which is why it works so well in the day under my make up.It makes my skin feel refreshed and clean.I pair this toner with Epionce’s Lytic plus Tx for optimal results.
