Great boots but need wide width
I originally ordered my size in a MEDIUM width, but the toe was too narrow, and I had to return. I then ordered my size in a WIDE width and they’re perfect! I love these boots, love the flat heel, looks good, fashionable, very comfortable. Very happy with the boots and the price. Thanks!

Wow, these comfortable!
I haven’t had any luck finding an ankle boot that worked for me, until these! The arch is perfect for me, I love the color of the black boot and they are extremely comfortable right out of the box! Wore them around the house all day and not a single problem.

Stylish and comfortable, I needed boots for work that were stylish, but low heel and good traction (for ice and snow). I was happy to find these. I have a wide foot and these fit well. I highly recommend.

Too tight!
These did not work for me unfortunately, but they may be perfect for others. These are a very tight 6.5 that I couldn’t wear them with thin socks. It was difficult sliding my foot in. I liked the design and zippers so I’m disappointed they didn’t work out. They arrived a day late. The shoes appear to be brand new, but they have been worn ? You can see the difference on the bottom of the shoe. They smell new, but the box they came in the corners are scuffed. I’m returning them unfortunately. The color is black not an off black color. Cute style. They were soft to the touch when handling.

Get the chocolate brown version!
Love the chocolate brown Dr. Scholl’s Rate Zip. I don’t know if it’s a quality control issue but it is far better made and more comfortable than the black. The insole and the sizing are both different. I can stand in these comfortably for an hour without pain. I purchased a size 9.5 in the brown and black and a size 10 in the black. The 9.5 in the brown is the only comfortable one. For reference my toe box is a little wide but my heels are normal-narrow, so sizing up or wearing wide sizes aren’t helpful for me.

Cute and comfortable boots
I love the style and detail of these boots, they’re comfortable, even without a lot of arch support, I still managed to walk around a Christmas stroll in these without aching feet, and my feet tend to get sore quickly. The heel height is just right and the overall quality seems good so far. I’ve worn them a few times for a few weeks now and have had no issues with the leather scuffing. Definitely not intended for arch support but aren’t very uncomfortable either.

Very comfortable and true to size. The heel is a good height especially for walking and has good grip. I wish the side zipper were on the inside of the boot verses the outside but it will just take some use to.
