    Amazing Fit & Quality!
Love these CompressionZ high-waisted compression leggings! The quality and price are unbeatable, and they fit just like my Nike compression leggings. The high waist and tummy control are perfect and they are super flattering and supportive without feeling tight. I definitely recommend trying them!

    Comfortable and good fit!
These compression leggings feel buttery soft and adjust well to my body. They are truly high-waisted, and the upper band stays put. Is not like other leggings that I have had in the past the rolls during movement. Overall, I like the material that is not matte if it has a shine to it. I would say this pair is medium compression that allows movement and comfort.

    Run small
Yes, these are compression leggings. I get that. But they do run small. I purchased the mediums in this design and in a more expensive style (mid rise) of CompressionZ leggings. I could put on the more expensive pair with almost no issued (other than I had a difficult time getting the bottom of the leg opening over my feet. I have cyclist feet – they’re skinny – so fittiny my feet through a leg bottome should not be an issue). This design I could not get up my thighs for fear of tearing the waistband. I reordered in a large and was able to get them on. It is more work than regular leggings, but they are true compression. I’m returning them only because the waist is a bit too high for me. I am shortwaisted 😔. I am also returning the other pair for a large. I do want the compression, but I think I’ll be more comfortable in the large. The medium was just a bit too much compression for me. For reference, I am 5′ 4″ and 132 lbs. I have an athletic shape and wear a size 8 in clothing. As for the material and stitching, they are well made leggings and the material is very comfortable. It’s not heavyweight and is soft, not scratchy.

    Perfect legging
Perfect compression. Fits perfectly. For reference I am 5’3″ 135 pounds and I bought the medium. So glad that I did not size up. These are the best leggings I have ever worn and I have tried them all, mostly high end higher priced. I was looking for the perfect legging to wear to the gym and I found it. I just ordered another pair!

I LOVE these. Effective compression, but not too constricting.
I absolutely love these. I have had trouble with my legs and feet swelling since my 20s, at every weight (from 123 in my early 20s to 220 lbs mid-pandemic). Now at 61 my legs and feet suddenly got painfully worse and I really need to wear compression garments most of the time. I tried one pair of these leggings, and fell in love. As soon as my latest order arrives I’ll have 6 of them! Most important, they are comfortable — so much so that at first I wasn’t sure they would do much good. Before these I had a few pairs of really sturdy, thick, super-constricting leggings. They felt great for a while, but were a serious challenge to get on (and I have good mobility and strength!), and were just too much after 6-8 hours. Ultimately I rarely wore them, because they were such a pain. And if you don’t wear them, they don’t help! These, on the other hand, don’t feel that much tighter than my ordinary leggings. But they are more springy, if that makes sense. They stretch enough that they are easy to put on, and are comfortable all day, but they have enough “squeeze” to seriously help with edema. My legs and feet were happier from day one.I wear them every day, all day (but not for sleeping). I wear them just with a t-shirt for working out. I haven’t really checked, but I’m not noticing any obvious see-through issues. They definitely are athletic-looking leggings you can wear alone, not thin like nylons/tights.When it’s cold I wear them under sweats. At the dojo I wear them under my gi pants. I’ve worn them under jeans for an all-day train trip to L.A. and back, walking around museums, seeing sites, … I was happy to ditch the jeans for the ride home, but the leggings were comfortable the whole day and evening.I’ve worn the black ones (but not with the socks) under skirts, for going out. Is that stylish? Don’t know, don’t care. I think they look fine, and I’m a whole lot more concerned with health and pain-avoidance than I am with looking cute. Some additional details that might be helpful:Note that these leggings go the the ankles, NOT to your feet/toes. Because edema in my feet is a problem I am also wearing knee-high compression socks under the leggings. That’s also what’s causing the lines just below my knees in the photos – those lines aren’t from the leggings.I have the high-waisted (not super-high-waisted) ones, with pockets, in both black and black camo. Totally happy with both. Also, yay pockets! I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max (the big one), in a case, and it easily fits in the pockets with 1/2″ to spare at the top. I keep it there when working out. It’s very secure, and doesn’t interfere with movement at all.Trust the size chart! Don’t rely on your usual size. I typically wear XL, but the chart said 4X, and it was right. At the time I ordered these last month I was 204 lb, with 48″ hips and 40″ waist. I’m down to 195 lbs, 47″ hips, 37.5″ waist and these still are perfect.I’m 5′ 7″ tall, relatively long-legged. These go all the way from my natural waist (about an inch above my bellybutton) to right where my ankles meet my feet. I just measured, while wearing them, and that’s 40″.These are loose around my ankles. Like, baggy. You can see a little “draping” in the photos where they aren’t tight. That’s great because it means they aren’t constricting around the bottom seam, which would actually hinder return circulation. For reference, my calves are 17″ at their widest, and my ankles are 11″.I machine wash them on cool, and hang them to dry. Machine drying might be fine, but I’m hoping to help them keep their stretch as long as possible.

Nice leggings but not real compression
I’m 5’6” and 135 and carry my weight on my bottom half. I purchased a medium and they fit well. Super comfortable and fit well. Not sure if they are worth the money because they seem like regular leggings more than a compression legging. I plan on keeping them to see if they help with leg issues.

    Great quality
This is the best brand of compression leggings I have found by far, they fit great, hold up well, the fabric feels substantial. My physical therapists suggested this band for my knee because I am unable to wear a knee brace. I normally wear an xl in my regular clothes/leggings and they mentioned sizing down for extra compression and it worked beautifully and the leggings still fit great even going down a size. I recommend go up or down if between sizes based on whether you want more or less compression.

  8. Kathryn Smith

Awesome leggings, when you find the right size!
These are the most comfortable leggings I have found to date. The compression makes all the difference in longer hikes and workouts.Originally, I ordered a size S since the recommendation was to size up if you’re between sizes. I measure right on the high end of XS and the low end of S. I ended up ordering the XS which turned out to be a better fit for me. The S was great through the legs, but I found myself adjusting the waistband as it had a tendency to roll. The XS, I don’t have the waistband issue with and the legs give the same level of compression. Definitely appreciate the pockets too since most women’s clothing doesn’t have good pockets. I’m ready to buy these in more colors!

  9. Irada

not really high compression. waist band is not as wide and comfortable as Lulu Lemon, not as high waisted either. sizing is correct

  10. Anne from Prince Albert

I sized up as the measurements were hard for me to figure out – and I am always worried that things will be too small. I know they are returnable but I wanted to wear them.I am keeping them even tho they are not adding any compression – because they are now comfy leggings.I will order another pair later in a smaller size.

  11. A Cymbalisty

Smooth soft material just wish it didn’t roll a bit sh top

  12. jerker
