GLOfacial not turning on? To turn GLOfacial on, press and hold the power button until you hear a beep. Now you can choose your desired suction mode. If your GLOfacial is not turning on, please allow it to charge for ~2.5 hours to last ~40 sessions.
GLOfacial isn’t suctioning? Make sure to use on damp skin, on the highest suction mode with the small tip and glide slowly across skin, keeping the tip in constant contact as you GLO.
What are the key benefits of the GLOfacial tool?

How many times a week should I use GloFacial?
We recommend using GLOfacial 1-2x a week. It is gentle enough to be used on low suction mode daily. Blue Light Treatment can be done daily for 4 minutes per target area.
Why is it important to use the GLOfacial Concentrate? Do I need it to use the tool?
The GLOfacial Concentrate was designed specifically for the GLOfacial tool and offers key ingredients to cleanse, clarify, and plump the skin. While you can use the tool with water alone, using the concentrate will deliver the best results.

We recommend replacing your tips every 2-3 months.

Great Find, Works Well
I’ve done hydro facials and they are hella expensive. I didn’t expect much going the DIY route with this product, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The vacuum power is strong enough, and I saw brighter skin immediately after use. One thing to note, I was having problems with it shutting off every couple minutes, but then figured out I wasn’t charging it properly. It needed to be plugged direct into the outlet instead of a usb port.

Spa results!
As someone who receives frequent facials to keep my skin feeling fresh and hydrated, this product itself does that just as good! I am not going to the spa less and using this between professional facials to save some money and my skin still looks and feels like it did as if I were going to the spa monthly. There’s no pain with this. It can be a little tough to use as you really need to hold your skin tight for it to fully clean as it wants to – you’ll get the hang of it after a couple of tries so don’t be discouraged if it feels like it just keep skipping across your skin – go slow and you’ll get it. Very effective results and I am so happy I bought it!

Beware the top, otherwise great
I am only giving this 4 stars because it is super easy to open the whole container – which makes most of it spill-losing costly product. The tip screws off – don’t try to open the larger part – it will be a costly mistake! Otherwise – great product. I just lost a lot of it with a costly mistake.

Stopped providing suction.
Just stopped working completely. Turns on but no suction at all. Now the return window is closed. And the collection container (for waste) opens from the bottoms, so it’s spilling the dirty water onto hands.

This works!! I was skeptical at first based off of other reviews but being an esthetician, I wanted to try it out for myself. Very, very, very good quality. I love how clean my skin feels after and my problem areas are going down significantly.
