i have used a lot of beard straighteners over the years and this one works fine. it’s small enough to work on beards that aren’t a foot long, and it is well insulated enough that it doesn’t burn you. but you do need to temper expectations, it’s a hot comb. so it doesn’t work like flat iron straighteners like you may see your wife use. it does get wavy/curly hair straighter and easier to manage but it doesn’t exactly get it STRAIGHT. just so you temper your expectations going in.

Straightens My Curly Beard
The straightener arrived quickly and in a nice package. It has three heat settings and the power cable is sufficiently long for easy use. My beard is pretty scraggly and out of control, but this helps it out a lot. Straightens well. It heats up in about a minute to the hottest setting, cools off quickly. I can definitely tell the difference before and after use. You aren’t really supposed to use it with wet hair, so the drying power starts seem like they don’t apply, I just put five stars because the product is nice and does what it says. I haven’t burned myself, but be careful, as it does get to 360 degrees. It has a nice rubber cover that goes over the part of the brush that heats up, so make sure you put it on and don’t let the brush sit in the same spot for too long. Overall, I am pleased with this and use it often.

It works – results are iffy…
It does what’s advertised for sure. I used heat protection spray to be safe (before pics are after being washed & with spray dried, after are with balm put in. Ignore the dirty neck smh).The affect looks slightly unnatural honestly, at least for my thin facial hair. I could see this doing a great job at taming crazy thick & long beards, but I’m not too sure when/if I’ll use this if I’m being honest. Again, it works well, but just looks kinda odd, makes facial hair look fake when thinner 😂 I might use again when the hair is a bit longer, but we’ll see!Heats up quickly & simple screen, pretty easy to use, move it around quickly or not to desired affect, take your time and it turns out well.

Works better than the larger beard straightening brushes
I have a heated beard brush already but it was way larger than I needed. This smaller one looked like it would be better for me. I have a goatee that I am growing out and it’s probably 2 inches right now. Tried this beard straightening brush last night and it was awesome. I love it. Took less time and did a much better job of straightening my goatee. I think this would be great for whatever you are growing on your face, unless you are going for a caveman look. Buy it.

Great Product that Even Works on Thin Beards
Part of my beard is dense around my chin, but around my cheekbones, my beard is thinner and not as dense. The longer I grow this to cover up thinning spots, the more the beard hairs curl. I saw this product advertised and wondered if it would work on thinner beards. Most of the videos showed guys with heavy, dense beards that were straightened and groomed beautifully. I thought, “why not give it a try?” I did and here are the things I liked (1) it heats fast; (2) the adjustable temperature settings allow you to choose, (3) It performs exactly as promised. And it helped straighten my curling, thinning beard hair that helped cover patchy spots. If I had a bushy, dense beard, this product would be a “must have.” But even with the kind of beard I have, it helps. Works great.

It works but much to be desired
It works; as in it turns on and heats up without issues. It really didnt do a whole lot for me with regards to straightening my beard though. My course facial hair has been growing out for about 2 months now and has become erratic and was hoping that this would help contain some of the “stragglers” that become unruly. Followed instructions with shampoo and conditioner; trying both after it dried as well as when damp from pat dry. I even tried pushing the hot back side to help and the hair would stick out after about 1 min.3 stars cuz it operates, even though I didnt get the results i was hoping for. I think this would work better if you have a longer, fine hair beard. Better to find a firm beard hold cream to accomplish what I need. Back to the drawing board I suppose!

From caveman to clean cut in minutes….
Extremely impressed with this product. My barber used a professional ($100+) straightener during my last cut, and the result piqued my interest. After searching Amazon, I found this one and figured the reviews were excellent, and the price was right, so why not.This little straightener is fantastic. My before/after pic was after only 3 minutes at 280 degrees F. I could have spent longer and got it even straighter but wanted to show how well it does in a short period. And, the look will last through out the day, even without using oils or beard butter.The coils heat very quickly and do not burn on direct contact with the skin.The brush feels solid and not cheaply made. The removable silicone sleeve keeps the back of the brush from burning you while it’s in use. It has auto shut-off, so no worries if left on accidentally. It’s the perfect size for travel and has a nicely put together tote. This thing will take you from caveman to clean-cut in minutes! Great for the professional business beard!I genuinely have found nothing negative to say about it.
Doesn’t work –
It is not that easy to use, it curves the bears hair in direction u don’t want.The beard length as advertised is not long enough for and bears maybe must be twice the length for it work I guess

Me gustó bastante este peine eléctrico para barba.Alisa muy bien la barba y la deja perfecta eso sí, lean las instrucciones que son las siguientes:- Mojar la barba con agua y SECAR con una toalla. Este es un paso muy importante y por eso la gente siente que no sirve el producto pero por eso hay que leer las INSTRUCCIONES. En seco no sirve tan chido como cuando lavas la barba y la dejas secar.- Encender el cepillo y dejar que se caliente en la temperatura estandar(Una vez que se caliente el cepillo, yo les recomiendo bajar a la mínima temperatura, prueben el producto y vean cómo les queda de primera instancia si no, suban un poco más la temperatura)- Los movimientos que deben de hacer es de arriba hacia abajo en diferentes secciones o posiciones de su rostro y listo, no es más sencillo que eso.Mi recomendación y también vienen en el instructivo es, usar un poco de aceite para la barba y así dejas más liso o terso el vello facial.¿Qué aceite uso?, uno casero.Fui a la farmacia (Droguería Medina en mi ciudad) y compré aceite de almendras y aceite de eucalipto. Combiné 10ml de aceite de almendras con unas 5 u 8 gotas de aceite de eucalipto y ese es mi aceite para lubricar y dejar la barba al 100. Una vez conseguida la mezcla, utilizo un gotero y coloco 1 o 2 gotas en mi palma y con mis dedos froto 2 o 3 dedos para incorporar el aceite a la barba.Chulada de barba que les queda.
