Doesn’t keep time
While it is a very nice looking watch, it does not keep accurate time. It is not worth the money to return it. Sigh…

All purpose pocket watch
I use this pocket watch at work for the warehouse. My wrist watch was getting in the way, and I was constantly having to readjust the straps. This pocket watch clips right where my ID card is it’s, and it not heavy on my lanyard.

Convenient but not reliable for timekeeping
As a nursing student, I purchased this clip-on watch specifically for clinical rotations such as the NICU where we need “bare below the elbow” precautions that prevent wearing traditional wristwatches. For that specific purpose, it works well enough.What works:Very convenient to clip onto my badge reelDoesn’t interfere with handwashing like a wristwatch wouldLightweight and easy to accessPerfect for timing respirations, pulse checks, etcClear, readable displayThe major issue:The timekeeping accuracy is poor. It keeps accurate time for about a day, then starts to drift significantly. This means I can’t rely on it for actual time – I still need to check my phone or wall clocks for scheduling and documentation.For short-term timing during patient care, it’s adequate. But if you’re looking for a reliable timepiece to replace your regular watch during clinical rotations, this isn’t it. The time drift issue prevents me from giving it a higher rating. You get what you pay for – convenient for clinical timing, but not dependable for actual timekeeping.Okay for specific clinical uses, but don’t expect watch-level accuracy.
