extremely amazing and relieving
I only write reviews for horrible products to warn people, or very great products to make sure other people get to enjoy them. This is very clearly the latter. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, and began using it with only a quick glance at the instruction booklet. It is very intuitive and ergonomic. I have been using it for the past four hours off and on, and I really needed it this week after working out more than normal. I also work at a desk, so my back and shoulder pain can be debilitating to the point of distraction sometimes. I can already tell this thing is going to be my best friend. Hopefully, it stays working for a long time! Will update review in a couple months if anything goes wrong mechanically. Overall, I love this thing and if you have chronic pain, you should definitely consider adding this to your treatment plan!**Notes*** If you put too much pressure on it, the wheels do slow down as other reviews have mentioned, but I think you’d have to push on it very hard to make them stop completely. Just find extra support like a pillow to tuck behind your back to help you not push too hard if you find it running too slow.* There are 3 heat settings. The hottest setting is definitely hot, but it takes a few cycles to get it really heated up. I think cycles last 10-15 mins, and it took me about 3 cycles at the hottest setting to get it to my ideal temp (almost burning lol). Obviously, you can turn it down if you don’t want it so hot.*The massage wheels are very strong. I love a deep tissue massage, but some people might find this to be too strong without additional support. Just like my note above, you can add a pillow above or below this massager while resting against a chair in order to not press too hard, and therefore control the pressure of the wheels.

I bought this product as a treat for myself for Christmas. It is easy to set up and intuitive to use. However, and I don’t know if this is intentional to prevent people from burning themselves, the heated feature does not warm up as much as I had hoped it would. It feels comfy and soothing but there is no way to get a really nice heat going.The massager works nicely on the neck, although I did have to experiment moving it up and down a bit to find a good position so I could lay still and enjoy the massage. The rotating massage heads are very hard, to the point where when I’m not perfectly positioned, they can hurt while moving around. All in all, the massager does an “ok” job, but I had hoped for a bit better and more comfortable massage heads.Update: The seller of this product has great customer service and contacted me to provide me with an easy tip on how to use the product with a towel to make it a more enjoyable experience. I have tried the suggestion and must say that helped a lot. The seller’s communication was completely unexpected but it is amazing to be heard and helped as a customer. 5 stars for customer service!

Great massager!
Device provides proper massage on my back and neck with no issues regarding intensity. Considering how much I paid for it it’s definitely worth the value for the money I spent with quality being really good. I was able to use it with no problems whatsoever so ever and had had multiple functions giving me the best possible massage for this device. Pleased with purchase !

Works Great! ..until it no longer works
Been using on and off for about 5 months. Worked really well too. Used it maybe 30 or 40 times each with about a 10 minute cycle. Lately, I noticed the massage motor getting weaker and would stop until I lifted my back off of it then would start again. Last night it just stopped and the controller buttons all turned purple… then it just shut off. I tried to start again this morning and now its DOA. Wouldn’t buy again without insurance (thats if its offered).

Very Easy to Use
I really like this back massager. It was very easy to set up: just plug in and click the remote to activate. I thought the settings were super intuitive and I didn’t need the instruction manual at all. I use it on my lower and upper back by putting it against the back of my chair. I am considering buying a second one as a gift.
