They are really stretching so i would advise to size normal.

Are the wide bands really comfy? Does the higher waistband tend to roll over?

Our post partum briefs don’t tend to roll over, and our full coverage high waist panties are made from 95% combed cotton, 5% spandex.The fabric is soft and comfortable while still stretchy.
