Great value and easy to read
Update: I did end up ordering another copy of this, and expected to get another color, but it’s hard to beat this light pink shade for versatility. Without being too peachy like many supposedly pink items are, it isn’t actually that obviously pink looking either – it’s a good neutral that goes with anything. I like that it’s subtle enough that you can wear it to work without it looking like you just came from the gym (even if you did).Original: I haven’t worn a watch in years, but decided to get one to stay on track with schedule and reduce dependency on my phone. Number size was my top priority (can’t see small things very well), but I also didn’t want a huge face that would feel hot on my wrist.This watch has the ideal combination of readability and convenient sizing. It isn’t super bulky or too small and delicate, as women’s watches tend to be. It has useful features, including a stopwatch, alarm and the option to set up an alternative time display for another location. I’ve never owned a watch that did that, but it is super convenient for travel or if you have family in another part of the world.It’s very comfortable to wear and the quality is amazing, particularly considering the low price. It would also make a nice gift, and comes in several colors. I will probably buy at least one more.

Review after 3 months: I have been a big Armitron Fanboy for 20 years…now the Misses is as well.
The lovely and beautiful Mrs. C. is a yoga instructor and wanted an inexpensive, durable digital watch to wear during her classes. The requirements were that it was dainty, easy to read and had a timer function. Naturally, I suggested an Armitron because I have worn them daily for over twenty years and love that their watches are functional, cool-looking and durable for a very reasonable price. They have water resistance and the night glow function as well (see photo). After several months of use, wifey loves it and feels it was worth the money and it fit the bill for her specific needs. The purple color we purchased has kind of a pinkish hue as you can see in the photo but it’s not quite as pink as the pink model.No knock on the iWatch or modern smart watches, they are cool and have their place, but carrying a computer on your wrist is not always necessary. If the watch happens to get banged around during yoga (or during my sometimes physical job), it is not the end of the world. Good luck.

Great Watch but Band Stains Easily
I love the watch, itself, however the band is easily stained if you wear it all the time (like me). The watch gets 5 stars for functionality. The light is bright and awesome. I don’t exactly understand the weird shapes for the seconds count down…I guess it’s just one of those mysteries of the universe. But, that’s really not important. Overall, the watch works great, I just wish the band didn’t stain so easily. I’m sure it’s great in a black band or one that’s not clear. Too bad, bc it was super cute on arrival.

Nice watch for the price, easy to read face
Well-designed watch with clear digits and a range of solid basic features. This will be my work-and-play watch because it’s so easy to wear, with a sturdy band and hardware. It’s light enough to forget it’s on my wrist, and it’s super easy to fasten. (Be aware that the band is in the small/medium range.) The aesthetics are clean and minimalist, with the two-color design giving it a fashion flair. So far, it’s keeping time perfectly. At this price, I’m not expecting this to last forever or become my watch of choice for a night on the town, but it is perfect for the hectic pace of my daily life.

Perfect everyday watch. I have small wrists and struggle to find watches that don’t look too chunky. This one is a great slim fit but the time is still plenty big enough to see. Had it for almost a year and battery hasn’t died or struggled in the water.

I just received this one $17. I have had Armitron and always a good watch ,This is like a younger persons Easy Reader in size which I appreciate i am a senior, if you don’t mind digital. It’s pretty too. And it comes with proper time.

Almost exactly what I wanted. Great quality. Edit: band turned brown over time.
It’s super cute. I have VERY small wrists and it still can go 3 holes tighter on me, and there are 6 looser.It comes with a manual, it’s a tad confusing but its easy once you get the hang of it.It is water RESISTANT. I’ve been in a lake several times, I’ve showered with it and there’s been no issues, but the manual specifically states “do not press buttons while submerged.” I say It’s almost exactly what I wanted because of that. I wanted something to time my breath underwater, but I obviously can’t do that. It’s not a big deal though, and Im not spending most of my time underwater with this lol.When you get sweaty, obviously it being plastic there’s no room to breathe so it gets a bit moist under the band. I keep It a bit loose for that reason.I am very happy with this thing. If anything changes I’ll certainly change the review but for now, I would recommend!Edit: the band turned pretty much brown and it hasn’t been a year. It still works and I use it primarily for work so it doesn’t *need* to be cute, but it was so much prettier day 1. The first photo you see is when I just got it. I added a second to show the discoloration And as an FYI, I gave It 5 stars initially but took it down to three because like I said the discoloration is horrible and it turned that way within 6 months.

I have looked at so many watches and the numbers are not the easiest to read when running and kayaking. This one is perfect and it’s not a bulky watch. I hope it lasts at least a year.
