This is amazing gifts for that special person that needs a heating pad, not to bad on the price, size is excellent and get very very hot like we like it, and is very soft, was shipped very fast git it in 2 days not the 4 it said it would get here was very happy with that, cord i long enough to move around somewhat, not heavy to be a weight heating pad,it stays in place and very easy to understand the information on how to us it

….yall…say it ain’t so BUT all the reviews that you see showing codes and the heating pad no longer working are in fact very true!! Don’t pass go…skip the line…the rumors are true! I purchased this heating pad at the end of June and got it in July. It worked soooo well at first. Nice and comfy! But recently my heating pad started showing the error codes E1 & E5. I have to lay very still and not move for the heating pad to stay on and heated. I reached out to Ambershine twice, no response and then I reached out to Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. I explained to them the very issues that were happening and said I wanted to get this replaced under warranty, and they had all of the nerve to respond back to me saying we’ve determined that your heating pad line was damaged due to improper use by folding the heating pad, but that never happened. The lies! The absolute NERVE. There are 2 problem codes, E1 and E5, neither of which (according to the manual) fall under the same thing. So how sway??? How do you figure “I” damaged the line?? I’m asking the real questions here. The reviews show several of these same issues with the buyers. So we ALL damaged our lines from improper use?! Very very unlikely. Absolutely not. I should have known better than to order from them due to all the reviews and I honestly just assumed that perhaps they all got faulty heating pads and I was special because mine had been working up until now. The way I was quickly humbled 😊. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake. The pad will work initially but won’t work for long. It is truly just a crappy product. I only purchased this one because the heating pad that we’ve had literally since I was a child started giving out, mind you I’m in my 30s now. But that’s also coming from a time when stuff was made with quality products. Just look elsewhere. Don’t run the risk of being satisfied to begin with just to feel disappointed in the end. Pretty red color though. It heats up really quickly and nice and warm. The cord is nice and long too and the longest it’ll stay on is 2 hours which is perfect. The numerous heat settings is a huge plus. But not having it replaced is an issue. There are bigger issues of course, but in my response I promised them an honest review…it would behoove me to disappoint 😉. That’s all.

So comfortable
I love the weight and size of this heating pad. I use it every night. It has auto timer and several heat settings, I usually don’t go past 7. Only caveat, it can’t be thrown in the washer. That’s probably why my last one quit working.

Reliable and comfortable heating pad
As a chronic heating pad user (25+ years of battling fibromyalgia) this one was good for its main function- but there were a few features I didn’t like about it.It just burned out after 13 months of nearly daily use so it’s a workhorse and well worth the money. (I’ve had very few last longer than that) Even heat, flexible surface and comfortable to lay on. It also rolls up to store away or pack in a suitcase.That said, there are a few features I didn’t love – the biggest one being the obnoxiously noisy clicks. Like so so loud in the middle of the night when I’d have to click it up to 12 times to get the temp all the way up! (Side note: Why hasn’t one been designed with a memory setting so you can just turn it back on with one click to the heat level you had the last time?? )The light on the control panel was also really bright which was pretty annoying at night. Pro Tip: I put a wrist band over it to cover the lit up screen.All in all- for most average users this will do the job and is a really nice upgrade from the old plastic heating pads and at a good price point.Hope this long review is helpful for my fellow chronic pain warriors. 🙂

Feels wonderful!
I love it I use it every morning while I have coffee. Keeps me warm without having to turn up the furnace. Auto shut off is convenient for when I forget. Nice weight on shoulders Plenty of cord length. So soft.
