Great product for a good price.
So far I really love it. Been using it about a week now. It fits really well and I am a 5’7 gal wearing about a size 13-14ish size pants , slightly overweight but on the right track to get back to a more ideal number. It is very comfortable and light weight. I wore it for an hour on the treadmill during fast jogging and during jumping jacks and it never slipped or rolled at all. I noticed an immediate difference after the first use which is encouraging. I wore it to work the next day for 9 hours (didn’t pull it quiet as tight as if I were working out) and it stayed comfortable and discrete. I do mostly desk work so it was nice to feel a burn while not doing very much. It is sort of of like having a little sauna wrapped around you all day.p.s. Always makes me aware of my poor posture and I slouched a lot less.It doesn’t leave bad marks or cause bruising like some waist restrainers I have owned in the past. This is a great accessory to add to a healthy diet and exercise plan. It might not do much good if you stay a coach potato and don’t change anything. This would compliment a healthy life style and consistent work out regiment. I see a significant difference each time I remove it , however that is temporary due to the mass amount of perspiration it causes and it is acting like a full body wrap would. by shrinking the area a bit. However, that is showing with enough use , it should begin to “train” that area into a nicer shape. Great feel, delivers what it promises. ! A+

This was actually a good band but ya leave it on too long and the material made me rashy but i guess that’s normal for that type of material idk all and all is a good sweat band though im not speakinh negative here

The medium size is big and it is quite stiff. I do not like the smell, hopefully all issues will resolve themselves after continual usage.

After a few years out of bodybuilding I decided to get back into long story short I got to 22 stone but my core suffered from the bulk of that weight, shirts cling to every curve and I’d always be self conscious. Being a pessimist I was always against anything like this but I was on the look for a back support and saw this was also a sweat belt and with a lot of hard work and healthy diet and accompanied by this my muffin top has shrunk my training is better since I can wear this either during everyday activities or during training or both and keep my back nice and supported (obviously not the primary focus) there is no magic fix to fat but this in my opinion is the perfect accessory to those who are serious about change but also though who have lost weight but still have some way to go and want to help shed a bit of their waistline. I never bought this to help lose weight but to support my back and training and it does both of these things brilliantly, I don’t wear this all the time but when I do I can’t even tell I’m wearing it which a huge bonus compared to bulky or insanely tight fitting competitors. Just buy this do what I did take a punt on a (now) awesome company and product

Muy resistente, no se enrolla ya puesta. Tiene muy buen sistema de fijación y no se mueve nada el velcro.Comparada con otras marcas que tengo que cambiar cada rato porque se desprende la tela del neopreno o las orillas pierden su forma, ésta es una excelente faja para hacer ejercicio.
